I specifically asked for firm pressure, and the therapist ignored my request and continued with very light pressure. She also used a rough towel that made my back itch, which took away from the whole experience. The environment didn't feel clean either.. even the restroom looked neglected, which was concerning. On top of that, the therapist's attitude was unfriendly and uncomfortable. Her tone felt forced, she gave me dirty looks, and I definitely didn't feel respected as a customer. What made it worse is that she pressured me for a tip afterward and even tried to guilt-trip me about how "hard she worked," despite providing poor service. That's extremely unprofessional for any massage place. I don't recommend this location based on my experience. There are plenty of other spas where you can feel comfortable, respected, and actually get the service you ask for. Ps. She had asked me questions about my pain but you can tell that as she was massaging, she and my body were talking. She took the time to massage and stretch the areas that needed attention. I booked an 80 minute massage and wished I did a longer one. I was pretty sore for a few hours after the massage, and by the time I went to bed I noticed I didn't feel anything. No pain.
