Um honestly I don't even know what to say, is it normal that they pulled down my fiancés boxers (underwear) all the way to his upper thigh. I've never seen this in my life and made me so uncomfortable I truly was so thrown off. We went for a couples massage so we were in the same dark room. And he only wanted his back so we asked for only upper back for him. He even laid down with his jeans on (his first time getting a massage) and in the middle of his massage she tells him he has to take them off for the massage and for some reason felt the need to take his underwear down to his upper thigh. Please tell me there's no way this is normal!? never has happened to me or anyone I know!! read more

Walked in for a 1 hour combo massage today and had a good experience overall. The massage was nice; when I asked for more pressure, the masseuse kindly obliged. There was some background noise during the service, but my expectations were in line with the type of place I was in, so no issue there. Upon time for payment, the manager asked if I wanted to add tip on the card, and I said yes, 20% please. She paused, looked at the masseuse and looked back at me. Then she asked if she could ring up a 25% tip. I was taken aback by the rebuttal, but coyly smiled and agreed. It was the first time I had been asked to tip a certain amount and it had me scratching my head all the way home from the service. So, yeah, enjoy your massage but be ready for some awkwardness at the end. read more

Palm Massage - adjuste prices of Oct 2024 - Massage Near Me - Placentia, California

My husband and I came here over 10 yrs ago when we moved out here and we've never looked anywhere else. We've come with our teenage sons and my husband and I at least monthly, but now I'm coming more frequently (once a week if I can) bc of frozen shoulder issues. Every time we have come the manager/owner (she's always there) makes us feel so welcomed and so appreciated. She also has the same issue as I and comes into room in beginning and WORKS MY SHOULDER AND ARM LIKE NOBODIES biz.... lol. And then instructs girl who will continue w massage exactly how she should work my muscles... sometimes it's painful- but I'm good with that and used to Korean massages (youch but amazing) and leave feeling lighter and next day AMAZING! We have gotten to know each other over the years and I'm really grateful. She runs a totally legit CLEAN spa. It's basic but REALLY comfortable and extremely friendly and appreciative- which goes a long way I think. They do a full 60 mins or what I always do is the very affordable 90 mins massage. They don't quit like others 10 mins early to let you dressed...Give Palm Massage a try, open up and get to know the manager/owner....she does everything to make your massage what you'd like. A very small language barrier but the right people get it and make way for patience. It's such a nice GEM to have in our neighborhood... read more

Came here for the first time because a friend recommended the place. My masseuse was Tina and she was amazing. I've gone to many different massage places and I feel like they take their time here and do a real full body massage from your head to feet compared to other places it seems more rushed and not as thorough. She definitely got all of my knots I asked for soft and it was just right. Will definitely come back. read more

I have tried a bunch of places near where we live in Fullerton. I used to go to Palm Massage all the time when I lived in Yorba Linda. I wish I could find something closer but nothing beats Palm Massage. They treat you well and really focus on the areas you need. They don't just "go through the motions". They will continue to get my business and nice tip!! read more

I have always received great massages there. a little deep to get the "knots" out. But Wednesday I got a deep massage and every muscle in my body has been in pain ever since. now I have trouble walking because of the pain read more

Great value. Great massage. Make an appointment if u can bc they get busy. I liked the pressure and the place was clean and nice

Very reasonably priced. Likewise you should have reasonable expectations. Very good experience. I near fell asleep multiple times. Asked several times how was the pressure, which was perfect by the way, every time. Jessica did a great job and I look forward to putting massages into a routine to help me relieve stress and relax every couple of months. read more

I haven't been here since before Covid. It's been awhile. I came in because I had a cramp in my calf from walking earlier this morning. They did a great job and it helped a lot. I'll have to start coming in again monthly to have the stress worked out. read more

Don't go here if you don't want injuries. The massage people are not licensed or trained. The gal they had me with I didn't realized until later had a cold. But the owner just hired these women off the street to massage! read more

I went here for a birthday massage with some friends. You can't beat the prices for the duration and quality of the massage. The walls are a little thin so you can hear noises from other massage rooms, but otherwise its relatively quiet with nice instrumental music in the background. The place is dark for ambiance and clean. Will definitely be going there again! read more

Best hidden secret of Placentia. Love the options for service. Super clean and the ladies are amazing !!!

I walked in for a combination foot and body massage because I was so sore and achy. The lady who did my massage was excellent.

Great foot and body massages, amazing prices, and more importantly, very honest people! I had forgotten that I had put my wedding ring in my pocket earlier in the day(took it off to wash my hands, very bad idea) and came here to get a foot and body massage, only to realize after I got home and a couple days later mind you that my ring was no longer in my pocket! So I went back to all the places I had been to that day and ended up back at Palm Massage. Sure enough, they had found my ring( had a 1 ct. flawless center diamond and platinum setting) and returned it to me! I couldn't believe it, the chances of someone returning my ring were slim to none, but these ladies just show you there's still some good people left in the world! They wouldn't even accept my $500 reward that I offered them. Please take your business to this establishment, these are the kind of folks you want to succeed! Thank you Palm Massage! read more

Amazing staff. Way, way underpriced. I get the 45 minute treatment, I've had many massages and spa treatments ... I cannot recommend them enough. Of course, it doesn't have all the "bells and whistles" of a typical spa center. But the whole point is to get a great massage and relief from a stressful work week. Highly recommend. read more

Lisa is amazing! Highly suggest asking for her. I'm a massage junky and she truly is great. read more

I was so happy to be able to come and get a Foot Massage with my friend again. It's been too long! The staff is awesome and we always receive excellent service. I absolutely love Palm Massage and look forward to coming again next month. If you haven't been here lately, you need to treat yourself to some pampering!!! read more

Been here a couple of times now and I am never disappointed. Great price, steady and firm hands and it is never crowded. They keep improving the inside of the facility making it more private and enjoyable. They do always try to upsell, and I often will go for it since the cost difference is not great. I usually only get the food massage because that's all I need and I like the head massage as well. Will go here again and again. I always have cash and I think that's best for this place. Grab a pizza on your way home from Porky's next door. read more

Palm Massage - Front door - Massage Near Me - Placentia, California

I went here just a while ago and got a 60 minute body massage. the lady that did my massage was really nice, but the owner of the place wasn't so nice, I tipped the lady a hundred bucks and the boss took forty and tried to give it back to me, mind you this happened in front of me. I could visibly see the anger and dissatisfaction on the lady's face, but theres the boss there just taking the forty dollars for herself after i refused to let her give it back to me. Don't go to this place, just my opinion about the owner after seeing such disgusting behavior towards hard working staff. read more

Omg this place gave me the best relief for my tennis elbow. It was hot inside, but the massage made for it. The price wasn't bad at all and I will be back for sure when I'm in Brea. read more

Wow, what a great way to spend a Sunday. My first time here and I chose a 30 minute foot massage and hour body massage. I will work this into my routine. I rarely do things for myself. That changed today. I will be back very soon. read more

Clean place, reasonable price. The staff is very welcoming! Love their foot massage!!!

Massage was not great but was ok. The lady asked me to upgrade to hot stone mid massage which I thought was kinda annoying. The floor is really squeaky and loud which was distracting. Overall I give 3/5 stars bc they were nice. read more

Never coming here again!!! I recommend no one to this massage salon. Not only did i feel extremely uncomfortable with the way i was being massaged. The man who was massaging me was extremely unprofessional. First of all he was extremely ill, he was sniffling and coughing about every 5 minutes which was absolutely disgusting then he would continue to massage me. i came home and took a hot shower for about 20 minutes just because i felt so gross. He then continued to pull my underwear down to a place where i was uncomfortable so i would pull them back up and he obviously did not get the hint. They only give you a small towel to cover yourself with, which can be nerve racking but also very uncomfortable because the towels are not soft AT ALL. They also scrub the massage oil off your skin with what felt like a skewering pad. It hurt immensely. Not to mention i paid for a full body massage which should include your feet and hot rocks and i got neither of those. At check out: i paid for my massage and left a $5 tip because i felt so gross but i am not one to just leave nothing and guess what this man has the nerve to chase me out to my car and ask me why i only gave him $5??? REALLYYY!!!!?? The nerve! This place is very cheap, you get what you pay for you even feel cheap leaving the place. Very Noisy Hard to Relax Scratchy Towels No face cushion Charge $1 to use c/c. Bad Decor They have the nerve to hunt you down over a tip.. Greedy!! read more

Pretty good message. They definitely know there reflexology points. My arms have been in so much pain lately. They touched one point I almost about screamed with excitement because I knew they were finally going to get the pain to go away. Little weirded out that there was a sign up front that made customers sign that sexual acts are strictly prohibited. I guess that comes with the stereotype though. As I walked out to pay a total weirdo walked in and than I understood why that sign in was there. He left soon after. So gross. They do charge $1 for using your card. I hate that but why it was a $30 minute massage and everywhere else is always $65 or more. So small price to pay. Overall 4/5. read more

Yes! I've found my new spot and new masseuse! I decided to try them out thanks to a coupon in the community coupon book, $35 for a full body one hour massage (plus tip of course). At first we wandered into the establishment across the street, thinking it was the place. Luckily they didn't have 2 people available so we left. We soon realized that it was not Palm Massage- which we then found across the street. Be careful, it has no signage outside and looks shady from the darkened windows. As soon as we saw all this, we knew we had come to the right place *chuckle* I got the one hour body and my mom did 1/2 and 1/2 food body. As always, the full body is the best. My lady masseuse did an awesome job of finding knots and rubbing at them. Not like many other mechanical massages where they just go through the motion. I asked for extra hard pressure, and it was just perfect. I will be back soon, and will opt for 90 minutes next time. ... And for those expecting a regular massage like the first Yelper below... be forewarned that a cheap Asian massage is nothing like a spa or Americanized massage. It is oh so much better, especially if you love to be in pain the whole time, like me. read more

left in the middle of my couples massage.. I had called to make an appt for and specifically asked for one of the males that work(ed?) there. we both were given two ladies instead. the woman doing my massage was downright rude and disrespectful. I asked her to go harder and she bruised me, softer and it was light as a feather. back and forth. back and forth. she continued to laugh the whole time and talk to the other woman massaging my boyfriend. after about 40 mins (we had paid for an hour and a half each) I became pretty upset and asked her if there was anyone else who could do my massage. she stopped laughing but still sucked at massaging. I got dressed as quickly as possible and left. I came back after I cooled down and the woman at the front asked me what happened and said she remembered me asking for a man. she said there was a man there now if I wanted to go back in. I agreed and asked for my boyfriend to finish at the same time as me. they charged us for a 2 hour massage and a 90 min.. ??! then when we told her to add the tip she insisted that it wasn't enough. speechless.. read more

I live nearby and like to take my parents here for mother's/father's day and I just took my boyfriend for a post-Coachella and post-birthday massage and I must say that Palm Massage has really stepped up their game. We got the $30 combo (30mins foot and 30mins body). They added a room enclosure for the area where you start in the chairs which is nice. Adds a little bit of privacy and I like that. When you go to the next room for the body portion I don't remember being able to strip down before, but this time I totally did and I'm so happy about it. They give you a big towel to cover your whole body anyway. ANDDD they added a hot stones portion followed by hot towel! I feel so relaxed and rejuvenated. Definitely coming back more often! **these cheap places you can't expect anything. It really is hit or miss from place to place and masseuse to masseuse. But today was a hit! read more
