I've had credit cards and state documents be opened by other box holders because of their carelessness. I am planning to place a complaint with the state as well as better business bureau and speaking to my attorney on this issue. I had 5 packages in total and had no idea what to do. She was kind and patient, I know it was early and I'm a talker, and even though she didn't speak much she made me feel very safe to be able to just talk and express my concerns I had with international shipping. Pricing was very fair in my opinion. I shipped all 5 boxes for less than $150 using standard shipping. The entire team was so kind and handled my packages with care and even helped me make adjustments to them. Great spot!!!

I usually use Click-N-Ship and print my labels at USPS.com and visit this location to have the package scanned so the recipient can see their package has been accepted when they track it. This location is my favorite for this reason, usually the Mesquite location on Grubbs is filled with other customers and obtaining a receipt for the reason stated before turns into a long wait in a line of 15+ people. The Dallas location on Tom Landry is nice because they are open until 10PM on weekdays and 8PM Saturdays and 6PM Sundays, which is king to be able to have packages scanned in on a Sunday and even late evenings on the weekdays, but that location is quite the commute. So this location is my go to for these reasons.
