He was so efficient, completed everything I needed, and then to make it even better, he got his broom and made sure the site was to my satisfaction before he left. It was amazing all that he did. Then he took off his glove, shook my hand, and told me how much he appreciated my business. (How often does this happen...rarely) His attitude and ability were impressive, and I plan on having them lay concrete for a new driveway, and patio. They haul concrete, appliances, debris, etc. They have been in business for quite awhile, and Jeremiah learned at age 9 to drive a bobcat by his father who owns Mishaw's. The owner, Grady Blount, returned my call the next morning. He asked me to send him a text of photos of my "junk" and then he'd get back with me with a quote. I agreed to the said price and he could fit me in this afternoon to take away my junk. It was that easy an quick. He came with 2 large pick up trucks and a large trailer. He and his helper, Garth, took all of our items and I feel so much better for not having all that junk wasting space in our ever shrinking apartment. Grady and Garth were ever so the southern gentlemen you would expect and they were quick and efficient and out of here with my broken junk in no time. If I ever need broken stuff taken away, I will definitely call Blount Junk and Trash Removal.

My two sons had to help because they were taking so long and my boys did most of the work. The Westmoreland Public Storage is Great!! Even though I moved to Irving, my storage is in Dallas,…read moreand I am very pleased. The Customer Service from Juan is 5 Star. On my move date, my movers accidentally brought things to Irving that should have gone in storage. We took my things back to the storage, and my key broke in the lock. I was very tired from a long day of moving. Juan made the situation all good!! I knocked on the door for the property manager. Juan came to the door, I explained what happened and he did not hesitate in helping. The movers tried to remove the key, and were unsuccessful. Juan came to my storage and got on his knees, while pushing the key from the back to free it from the lock. It did not happen, so I had to return some items to the garage, where I moved from. Juan stayed and tried to free the key, but could not. He called me later in the evening to let me know he could not get the key removed, but he will notify his manager. The next call was Juan telling me a new lock was placed on my storage door, after they had to cut the original lock. I really appreciate how Juan handled my situation. Shelley at Unigroup corporate assured me I was top priority due to the terrible oversight from Norco, leaving 50% of my household goods in Dallas. Top priority means, wait another two weeks after moving 60 days ago and maybe we'll get your stuff to you. I am speechless. I am without speech. 6/30, household things finally received. Over 2 months after I had Norco move them out for me and a month after they were originally promised for delivery. Total nightmare. NEVER AGAIN!!
