It's been a month and they can't even make it right. To respond to Marc, your worker gave me the tools to remove the screws, I didn't do it on my own. He cared more about his "yelp" rating. He kept saying "check my reviews". They did not check to see if anything worked. When I asked if they could plug in the bed, they smiled and laughed and told me they couldn't find the cords. Also I think that one of the people stole my class ring. It has always been on a display box in my dresser. When I went to look, the box was in a moving box that had stuff from a different room. I have been asking for 3 weeks to speak to a manager. I had massive amount of cardboard & packing material from the international move. After several disappointing experiences with other removal companies I happened to connect thru Yelp with Green Source Junk Removal. Oscar promptly contacted me ..made an appointment for the next day to evaluate and provide quotation. His quotation was the most competitive of all I received previously. What made the decision easy for me was Oscar's, prompt action, professional attitude, concise quotation and explanation of factors behind the cost including next steps for the recycling process. From initial quotation to complete removal was less than 24 hours. I highly recommend Green Source Junk Removal.

Oscar got in touch to get details of the job and it was very easy and clear to work with him. He did a good job assessing and figuring out to send three people. It was a delicate situation, doing a removal of personal items for a family member who passed away whose mother was on site and grieving. The team members were patient, kind, and also still efficient. They tidied up after the removal and gave me a very good estimate of the volume in the truck. They were worth the money and then some. Highly recommend for service in the area. This job was in Mineral Well. Truly outstanding.

He replied to me very quickly after I send my requests out and gave me a very fair quote based on my pictures. The morning of our appointment he called me about 15 min prior to the earliest start time to confirm his arrival. Which I appreciated a lot! When he arrived and took a look at the bushes I wanted he was very upfront about how one of my bushes was going to take a lot more effort and time and requoted me before he started work. I VERY much appreciate no hidden charges after the fact. Cost was a big factor for me right now since we're new homeowners and Jaylyn was really willing to advise me on what he felt I could do on my own to keep the costs down. As a female, I can't say how much I appreciate not trying to be swindled. Jaylyn was extremely professional and friendly. I learned he just came back to DFW and is starting up his business again. I'm happy to be the first one to leave a review!

Wilson Solutions Group and booked Jaylyn to help assemble a few things--and I'm honestly glad I did. He showed up right on time, with all the tools he needed, and wasted no time getting started. He put together an over-the-toilet storage shelf that I couldn't figure out, mounted three TVs (one in the living room, bedroom, and office), and hung up a mail holder and a few items in the laundry room. Jaylyn even helped install some perfume/cologne display shelves I ordered off Amazon in the bathroom. I wasn't sure how sturdy they'd be, but he made sure they were level and anchored properly. They look amazing! Jaylyn was extremely respectful and easy to talk to. You can tell he takes pride in his work and treats your home with care. I appreciated that he was completely up front about his pricing from the beginning--no hidden fees, no weird surprises. Just clear communication and professional service. What stood out most to me was his positive energy. Moving across the country is stressful, and having someone come in and genuinely make you feel welcomed and taken care of means a lot. I've already saved his number for future projects! If you're looking for someone trustworthy, skilled, and genuinely kind--J Wilson Solutions Group is it. I can't recommend him enough
