Used Chunk the Junk for the first time today to haul away a freezer we had in the garage that quit working which had been full of meat. It got really rank very quickly and although I got the packages removed it was still nasty. We called Dereck and made an appointment for him to come out first thing the next morning to pick it up. One thing that impressed me is that he called about 15 min before the appointed time to let us know he was running a little late. Most companies don't call until after they were supposed to arrive, or they won't call at all. Dereck was very cool and hauled off the freezer, an old tv, desk, floor lamp and a bag of misc. trash.
