I've had credit cards and state documents be opened by other box holders because of their carelessness. I am planning to place a complaint with the state as well as better business bureau and speaking to my attorney on this issue. I had 5 packages in total and had no idea what to do. She was kind and patient, I know it was early and I'm a talker, and even though she didn't speak much she made me feel very safe to be able to just talk and express my concerns I had with international shipping. Pricing was very fair in my opinion. I shipped all 5 boxes for less than $150 using standard shipping. The employee (man not sure of name) working at the counter seemed to be perplexed and flustered when in fact he only had 2 people needing assistance. He asked me if I had called prior to coming & when I confirmed I did call the day prior to make an appointment with Rick he told me in a sarcastic way that Rick would have to do it and set my package aside. I agreed and stood to the side to wait on Rick, when an older lady walked in and asked for help, the employee threw his hands in the air and fell over the counter yelling IT MUST BE A FRIDAY!! I've never experienced such immaturity from a company and asked myself why did I come here. After waiting an hour to have my package boxed I told the employee to give me my item and I'm leaving. I said this is unacceptable and to act his age (mid 60's). In the end I walked out and drove to the UPS store in Forney where I was greeted with respect and ultimately shipped my package within 10 min.
