Do not get a PO Box at this location! These hourly wage workers couldn't care less if you get your important documents placed in your box. I've had IMPORTANT mail... that's documented to have arrived to their location; however, my mail never made into my box. Literally, will careless place your mail in other people's boxes. I've had credit cards and state documents be opened by other box holders because of their carelessness. I am planning to place a complaint with the state as well as better business bureau and speaking to my attorney on this issue. I normally only come in here to drop off items that I need to send because I am doing a return some other reason other than my own personal shipping needs. It was about 8:30 am when I came in. Brandy was my cashier(not sure if that's what they are called) but she helped me send out all my packages including international. I had 5 packages in total and had no idea what to do. She was kind and patient, I know it was early and I'm a talker, and even though she didn't speak much she made me feel very safe to be able to just talk and express my concerns I had with international shipping. Pricing was very fair in my opinion. I shipped all 5 boxes for less than $150 using standard shipping. The entire team was so kind and handled my packages with care and even helped me make adjustments to them. Great spot!!! read more

This is a place to drop off merchandise you are returning with a label or just the authorization number. We have shipped gifts to our kids when they were in college then sent a picture of the receipt which has the tracking number. So easy. Staff is quick and efficient. This UPS location threw away a package even after being provided the shipping information. This was all due to the manager on duty being rude and disrespectful and refusing to print the label. The store needs to be trained on proper customer service. You do NOT throw away a customer's package when they brought it to you and provided you the shipping information. Clearly there are high schoolers and/or some younger looking employees here but its NO excuse for bad manners. They NEVER answer the phone (when I called months ago, and as I stood there waiting) and their customer service is NON EXISTENT. This is probably the slowest and worst UPS store I've ever been to. I've never been in this store where there isn't a 15+ person line, often wrapped out the door. It is never organized. It would be so easy to put some retractable "crowd control posts and belts" to help navigate the line. But people just stand in front of the auto-sliding doors and let the heat in. Miserable. I'll drive out of my way to avoid this place. The employees seem burnt out and lack any sense of urgency. Observing the line for 5 minutes would show the store owners or managers enough information to prove that this setup is confusing to all customers, and I'm not alone in my sentiments. read more

I have UPS for years. My preferred way of mailing. imagine my surprise when I went in to get a notary, get copies and mail a package only to be told..... Do not take Amazon returns to the store. Amazon provided me with one shipping label for two boxes. The associate at the store told me to call Amazon and ask for another shipping label. Use them all the time. This morning I was particularly impressed. Long line of 15+ people when I arrived and still when I left. I came prepared with my UPS packing slips but needed boxes. I took up an Amazon return in the original bag it shipped in. After waiting nearly 45 minutes in line for a simple drop off, it was refused at the counter. The employee were extremely rude about it, and said it would only be accepted if I bought a shipper box from them. I refused, and left with my return. I checked with Amazon and they said that the return did not need to be boxed. The original shipping bag was perfectly fine. Service at this store is constantly awful, and after this I will no longer use them. read more

I'm updating my review: This is a good business with REALLY nice and knowledgeable employees. My previous review caught them at Christmas time which was really busy for them. On regular days this business operates very well and had good employees! A very friendly girl waited on me today and she was great! 4/5 -- They have a good bunch of people working here who are very helpful. During Xmas they are BUSY! I needed to do an Amazon return. The line was long and seemed not to be moving. I left and came back and it was still long. I decided to grin and bear it, as this was the most convenient place for returns. I am glad I waited! I went into the store today just two find a shipping box for a baby shower gift. The associate behind the counter asked me for the dimensions. I told her that I wasn't familiar with dimensions but showed her a box on the shelf and said I would need one twice the size. She then said she wouldn't be able to help me unless I could give her the dimensions. Would it have been too hard for her to bring out a few boxes for me to pick from? This store is so incredibly slow. I stood in a line for almost 20 minutes to return an item while 1 guy was trying to take care of everyone. There was an older gentleman in there but he wasn't helping at all. Just squinting at a computer screen. He could have at least acknowledged the line of at least 6 people deep. Horrible! They were to ship a pair of statues I purchased thru a auction. That was 2 weeks ago. I called when I had not heard from them. Said they " were busy" then quoted $125! I recently had the BEST experience I have ever had with a store of this type. I had a package that needed to go out for ARRIVAL on a specific date... couldn't be too early or too late. The agent who took care of my request went the extra mile to HOLD my package at the store until the appropriate shipping date was reached to ensure proper handling of the package at the lowest cost. This was above and beyond normal service because of the extra handling and effort. Nevertheless, it was done flawlessly and with a smile. I felt like my issue was of genuine concern to them. Over priced when it came to shipping through USPS rates. Dropped off a package which never made it past Mesquite. When Mesquite received it it was opened and contents were missing. Explain how that happens within 8 miles. When I tracked it there was a insurance claim and said they would contact sender. I had no clue until I received a call to where it was going that they never received. And UPS Store never even bothered to contact me. I showed lady at post office what they charged. She told me they could of sent my packages priority for 1/2 the price. I will just go to the other side of the tracks for now on! read more

I live in Las Vegas, Nevada and purchased an item in Texas so it ended up there for shipping. I have called them 5 times and each time it goes to a voicemail. I have left voicemails in the general mail box and with the store manager, but 1 week later I have yet to receive a call back to have my stuff shipped!
