No real male authoritative figure to talk to about my business with. I've spoken to all the young ladies in there. They won't try to go out their way to help you or anything--strictly policy or what they've been told. I ask them for information. It's always, "I don't know" or "I couldn't tell you." They act like they don't have superiors you can talk to and everything needs to go through them--even when they don't have an answer for anything! I got my car repoed from lack of understanding and communication on their part. And yes I was behind on my payment. Ultimately, I paid it off and was trying my best. You would think women would be more empathetic. They are loan sharks at the end of the Day!
