Thirty years ago I followed this credit union to Irving on Belt Line and then on to 161. The new branch has all new furnishings with the EXCEPTION OF their 20 year old coin sorting machine. Now, guess what's been "temporarily out of service" for over two weeks. For the last 5 years, it's been impossible to get a human employee on the phone. Calling customer service is a never ending automated system designed to make you give up and hang up. Before I drive 10 miles one-way from south Irving, I'd like to be able to make a 20 second call to the bank and ask, "Is your antiquated coin machine working today?" Are YOU looking for a new bank?
