They assured me that the carrier would be there ON TIME. When I called the next day to check on the truck, I was notified that they HAD NOT EVEN SCHEDULED IT. The rep finally got something scheduled and assured me that the carrier was an hour from there which was at 8am. The carrier finally called me 3 hours later to say he would make it there by noon. The carrier did not show up until after 3:30 even though he was told the dock hours were until 3pm. I had to scramble and call every broker I could find to get it picked up the next morning by 10 am when they had to be completely out of the facility. Finally got it taken care of AFTER A LOT OF HEADACHE AND PAYING $400 MORE FOR DEDICATED. LWW then takes $175.00 UNAUTHORIZED from our owner's credit card they had on file, for our customer "refusing to load" A TRUCK THAT SHOWED UP 30 MINS AFTER THEY CLOSED and 4 hours after the promised time. Then when I tried to contact them to get a copy of the invoice for those unauthorized charges so that our owner could dispute it, they were completely and absolutely rude as could be. On top of all of this (as if it wasn't enough) they then sent me passive aggressive links to "e-mail etiquette" articles with the copy of the invoice. PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND NEVER MOVE FREIGHT WITH THESE PEOPLE. YOU WILL THANK YOU.

I was recently given the privilege of being the executor of a family member's estate.
