*zero stars* this is one of the "worst" delivery company, possibly, known to mankind. i have never in my 70 years of life, experience such dysfunction !!! you never know when you are going to get your package when it says " out for delivery ". i have waiting all day for an ofd only for it not to be delivered. two days later is when it's delivered. i always check the tracking in the morning and it does not show a delivery for that day but yet they are delivering that day ! wtf !!! i live in a unsecured 17 floors building. most of the time the deliverer does not knock on the door ( i had to post a sign on my door with pictures to show to knock ). they do have plenty of time, though, to take pictures. i had packages, supposedly, delivered to my door only to look at the picture and it's the wrong door ! i also believe the delivery person stole my package. anyone can take a picture and retake the package ... i am thoroughly disgusted with this company and will never recommend it to anyone or any "thing" ! i am piss the f&@% off that the items i waited days/weeks for are stolen/misdelivered/and basically disappeared right when my expectations of receiving it is at a heighten level ! i will never recommend this company to anyone or any "thing" ! i am so disgusted with the incompetence, ineptitude, unprofessional and laziness of this company that i pray it goes under, never to resurface again !!! read more

Unfortunately this place has thrown my package so many times and they clearly didn't have to but I have received several packages from them and I have my reports about how they thrown out my package and one time it looked like the driver was getting a BJ and i walked out and they both look at me why I'm holding my broken package in my hand I was about to go off on them for I may live in the city of Detroit and shit happens but it's not just Detroit anymore it's everywhere for I don't trust my neighbors and if they throw my package out like garbage my neighbors are ignorant and will take it for it's very important that they don't handle my packages like that this is a new era in life and people just don't care about others read more

I had a very frustrating experience with Gofo Express. The courier left my package outside the building door without even ringing the buzzer, despite the fact that I was home waiting for the delivery. Because of this careless behavior, the package was stolen. I sent the video evidence clearly showing what happened, and customer service initially responded, but then completely stopped replying and never offered a solution or compensation. This is extremely disappointing and unprofessional. I expect a delivery service to at least try to deliver properly and take responsibility when they make a mistake. Based on this experience, I would be very hesitant to use them again or recommend them to others. read more
