This place is not a shiping company but a storage location for Temu. They will lie about shipping results, pretend that they were at the location fo delivery, make an excuse to not delivery. The absolute worst shipping company I've ever experienced. I'm not sure why or how they can't simply deliver a package. I was asked to confirm my address by the guy delivering via text. He didn't answer back. I looked outside and i literally saw him last minute just walking around and then he got in his car and left??? The driver left a package at the front door of my business which is on a busy street on Memorial Day at 5:30pm. We were clearly closed as noted on the door and it was also a national holiday. Obviously, the next day it wasn't there. It was stolen. They took a photo of it in front of the door, but what right minded delivery driver would leave a package at a closed business. This company is a nightmare! They lost or stole my package. Let's start with the late delivery on New Year's Eve. They "delivered" the package to the wrong building on New Years, I wasn't home, but marked my name as signed for. It's been a month and I call them and call them so they can tell Shein or the seller that the package is lost but they refuse to because they don't want to refund me! Their customer service tactic is to repeat the same phrase over and over again and get you off the phone, it they can't tire you out and get you off the phone they then pretend to put you on hold and then they hang up on you. They operate like an organized scam network. I made a complaint with the BBB and now I probably will make a police report. Wrong on so many levels. This company needs to be dismantled and stop from continuing to rip off people and steal from clients along with Shein. Was supposed to receive a package and got a message that a delivery was attempted but the business was closed. I was sitting here all day big windows that allow me to see outside. i contacted them and they were rude and wouldn't answer my question of why someone lied and said they attempted a delivery. Then received an email stating that if i didnt reach out to them with a delivery date that my package would be returned. Contacted them again and after 6 times of verifying my address with them looking it up and asking if my address was hard to find and if this business or that were near me i thought it was handled and i was told it could take up to 3 days for redelivery. I now just received a phone call from them verifying my address for the 7th time and hours of operation. This is one of the worst delivery companies by far. I purchase items from Shein and Temu. The drivers are inconsistent unthoughtful with how they delive packages to customers. I've read some reviews that states some drivers steal the packages. This has not happened to me yet, but I clearly has a sign post it by my doorbell that they do not ring. To put the packages behind my porch wall out of the view or take them to the back porch where refreshments awaits them for their service's. Yet the drivers refuse to do, They throw packages clearly on the steps.Take a picture run off onto the next terrible delivery. Packages were left right front of the walk-in apartment unattended. Of course packages went missing. To make matters worse, I received text for package out for delivery two hours after package was delivered. Just say NO to a GOFU Express delivery. I have used this company for several deliveries from TEMU. Each and every delivery gave me Failed Delivery notices, telling me I gave them the wrong address. You can not talk to a real person in this company. It is all AI. At one point the courier provided me a map showing were they tried to deliver and telling me I gave them the wrong address. I looked at the map and saw that they were using the wrong map with the wrong street with an arrow showing my house should be on that spot but telling me it doesn't exist. Try to explain that to AI! It doesn't work. This is the worst delivery service I have ever used and believe me, I will never use them again. They are totally incompetent. read more

As said by others, if I could give ZERO stars, I would. I received a text message that the address provided was "incorrect." I verified my address. I got a tracking number which said they had attempted to deliver the package and failed due to "Incorrect/Insufficient Address." I called and spoke with a customer service rep, after having to endure the ai "operator" which was no help at all. I told her my address was correct. She looked it up on google and was able to tell me the color of my roof, and my neighbor's roof. Told me the package would get to me in one to three days. Checked the tracking a few days later, failed delivery again for "Incorrect/Insufficient Address." Called again, spoke with another rep. Reaffirmed my address. She told me the package would get to me in one to three days. Checked the tracking again a few days later. The third failed delivery. Called again. Dealt with the ai operator, spoke with a person, reaffirmed by correct address. She told me my package would arrive in one to three days. Told me the driver would call me before delivery. Checked the tracking again, the FOURTH FAILED DELIVERY FOR "Incorrect/Insufficient Address." I sent an email to their customer service department. Had all the information, including the fact that I've lived in this house for 45 years and the address is correct. You can find my house on Google maps, Mapquest, Waze, and Bing. Told them UPS and FedEx have no problem finding me. No response to the email. Called them again. Dealt with the ai nuisance again. Spoke with a man who asked me if there was a UPS store nearby where they could drop off the package. I said yes, and gave him the zip code for the UPS store in a neighboring town. HIS SYSTEM COULD NOT FIND IT! He asked me to give them one more chance to deliver the package and then told me if they are unable to do so, they will RETURN THE PACKAGE AND I CAN GET MY MONEY BACK. I have waited a month and a half for a package that I ordered from overseas and GoFo continues to "fail delivery." Shipment was quick to the GoFo facility but they have been awful. Tracking shows that they've attempted redelivery 3x now and each time it's failed for "wrong address" (not the case), "couldn't get into the building". I have reached out several times through email and whatsapp(weird) since the first delivery failed. I've given them the access code to my building, directions, my phone number, and went as far as leaving a big note on the front door with my phone number asking them to call if they have any trouble getting in. Still the deliveries fails. So I think they're just giving the run around and aren't even attempting delivery. I'd recommend not purchasing from a company that uses GoFo. it's a scam for sure and leads to a lot of frustration. read more

Absolute scam. They originally told me that my address was not valid and the package was sent back to their warehouse, which is absolute BS. The customer support told me they fixed my address, it would be redelivered in 3 days. I called back many times only to find out the first rep I talked to did not update my address or schedule redelivery. I spoke to about 30 more reps who were all scripted to say the same thing (3 more days). Finally more than 2 weeks later, the manufacturer decided to send me a whole new package (THROUGH GOFO AGAIN). It was out for delivery this morning, and even though every single support agent told me my address is now accurate and they are able to see it in their gps, THE PACKAGE WAS NOT DELIVERED AND RETURNED BACK TO THEIR SHIPPING FACILITY. I called their support line again and guess what they said, "it is at our warehouse and it will be redelivered in 3 days". I feel like I'm in hell, these people are demons. If you ask to speak to a manager you will either be put on hold until the automatic system hangs up on you... OR... the support rep will say "unfortunately, yes you can" (what does that mean?!)...OR they will tell you they don't have management ... OR okay a manager will contact you (you'll never be contacted). This is a scam, if you have GOFO as your delivery driver, you might as well ask for a full refund of your order because you will never get the package. read more

I hate that I have to even give this sorry excuse for a business 1 star... I had a package delivered to a business (open 24/7 w/ no access door code)- Got a notification "delivery failed due to no access to building" complete BS due to the fact the door is always open. Called, updated the instructions to call me if they have trouble getting into the building (idk why they would, but just trying to assist). Second delivery attempt- failed for the same reason as the first.. I called again, the lady assured me they updated the instructions to have the driver call me, something they should have done the first time. I even requested to assist further by going directly to the distribution center and pick it up- I was told that was not an option, and that they will attempt to re-deliver again. Here is to hoping that the 3rd time is a charm. I will happily update my review once the item is safely in my hands, but for now, this frustrated review is based off of their BS excuses, and sheer laziness. read more
