Today a white pickup truck dropped off two packages for another address at my home when I was away. the scumbag driver didn't bother to read the address I have posted at my driveway entrance. I also have a physical barrier keeping someone from driving into my driveway (under comstruction). The idiot driver got out, moved my barrier, and drove down my driveway. They have returned three packages to the seller without attempting to deliver. My address is weird it has a 1/2 in it, first you get an automated call saying that they can't deliver your package due to one of the following reasons: PO Box, Ups site, government building or schools.None of these apply to me. Then they ask for an alternate address which I gave them my neighbors address. They claim they will reschedule delivery, no package arrived.Three phone calls and several emails each claimed that they were going to redeliver and literally less than 24 hours after the last communication I received a notification that they were returning my package to the seller. Now hours more, phone calls and emails to receive my refund which then takes 7 to 10 Business days and I am out of luck for the cost of shipping and I can't reorder from the seller because GOFo Express won't deliver.I am literally only 45 minutes from the warehouse they are delivering from,I gave them step by step directions from said warehouse multiple times, I have lived at this location for TWENTY years and NEVER had a problem receiving packages here. read more

Wish I can submit a NO STAR review! Shein shipped my packages through this delivery company and The driver fraudulently took pictures of my packages sitting on the Security desk and marked them as delivered. I know the driver STOLE my delivery because our Security doesn't allow you to leave packages with them. After talking to Security I was told the driver did not want to come up to leave them at the apartment door and took them back on the truck with him. This happened to me TWO days in a row for 2 separate deliveries from Shein. I called customer service and they are absolutely NO HELP! All they could do was put in a claim for an investigation which ended up resulting in them telling me I have to contact the seller. They couldn't even transfer me to a supervisor or give me a corporate number. This company is a fucking joke! And Shien and other businesses need to stop using their services read more

I've been waiting 3 weeks for a package from Temu and each time I check it says that they couldn't find the address. I called customer service and regave my address which they confirmed that they have. I also gave them my number so that the courier could call me when in the area and I could just meet them. Never happened. Each time I called they said the package would arrive in 3 days. Never happened. I placed another order in hopes that another delivery service would be used but that was not to be. On Sunday I received notification that my package was out for delivery. When I checked the tracking it said the driver couldn't find the address once again. I had also called to see if I could just go to the warehouse and was told that there was not one that I could go to but when I looked it up there is a warehouse in Adrian Ohio...I'm contemplating going there... read more

Worst company ever. They delivered my package to the wrong house and then wanted me to send pictures of my house so that they can verify it was delivered to the wrong location, I did, and then they end saying the driver delivered to the correct address. So if your address is 123 they can leave it at any location that is 123, take a picture of 123 and it's considered correct because the numbers match. read more

Just plain theives!! I filed a compliant with the Federal Trade Commission tonight. I've been given the run-around and a bunch of just plain LIES for almost a month now. Both the seller in Tibet and I followed up and investigated and complained so many times (For me:15 emails; 10 phone calls) They have no complaint process and even have the nerve to say "seek a refund from the seller" So, GoFo is the thief in the middle, insinuating themselves into the shipping process without my seller even knowing who they were! They are an unaccountable holding tank for all the goods they, the warehouse staff, and their drivers feel like stealing. It doesn't seem fair to leave the seller holding the bag. They didn't highjack the package. GoFo must be avoided. I am requesting FedEx for international packages from Tibet, India, and China in order to avoid the last mile thieves. So frustrating!! This company is clearly a sham operation. They've also gave me several notices that they could not find my address when trying to deliver an Amazon package that came from the UK. My house is on a suburban street with a clearly posted address number. After two weeks and two attempts and many futile phone calls, GoFo then said my package has been "lost." My wife ordered me a Christmas present from an online vendor. On Dec. 15 she received an email saying that the package had been delivered at "Door/Yard" . We checked our door and the courtyard (we live in a large condo building), but there was no package. When she called the vendor, she was sent a photo of the package lying on top of the USPS mailboxes in the underground garage, which is an insecure location where courier packages are never, and never should be, left. By the time we found out, the package had been stolen. My wife has politely requested a replacement or refund from the vendor several times without success. They keep blaming the courier company, GOFO, which I have now discovered has a 1.3 rating on YELP, with many complaints about damaged, lost, or stolen items resulting from improper deliveries or poor communication. I warn anyone against buying from a vendor who uses GOFO. read more

I ordered an electronic device from a company based in the U.S.. Their ad stated that the item would be shipped from either Canada or the U.S.. But this wasn't true. The item came from China and took 13 days to get into the states and through clearance. But, one Gofo got a hold of the package it was at my house within' two days. The package was delivered in good condition and the tracking was accurate. What more could I ask for. Nice job guys! read more

Been raining here for a week. Instead of packing out my gravel driveway, the idiot delivery driver drove across my water soaked yard. Now I have putts in a well maintained yard. I bought a really cute carry-on suitcase from a local seller through Temu, unfortunately they used this horrible company. Apparently it arrived at their distribution center or warehouse in Tampa early in the morning on Monday August 4th and since then there were no further updates. Latest arrival was supposed to be August 7th, it didn't arrived so Temu made an investigation and refunded me the money. I still don't know what happened to the suitcase, every attempt I made at calling Gofo all they did was make a note to supposedly hurry up the delivery, no delivery to this day. Mind you, sometimes the call would automatically hang up while waiting for someone to take it so I had to keep trying. read more

I had a bad experience with this company. I got a message from a delivery guy stating he can't get access to my building. My building really sucks, and I send the instructions on how to get inside. All delivery drivers understand those instructions, and I always reply right away. In this case, I send instructions and then reply that I am home and I can pick it up. The driver just ignored and left. Even though I replied right away. Customer service there also sucks. No one answers you; they have a stupid bot who asks the same questions, and it's impossible to connect with an agent. I send them an email, and again, no reply. They are wasting my time. I provided my shipping address (my home address) and received a status update that there was a delivery issue. I then tried to call the the customer service number provided, and when I gave the automated message system the tracking number it kept saying that the tracking number wasn't valid and they can't find the tracking number and the package and hung up on me. after this, I contacted customer service through email and gave them a different address to(my work address) just for there to be another failed delivery. I emailed them again to figure out what I I need to do to just get my package and have this be over with and they send me an email asking if I'm satisfied with the customer service, not my question. Like many reviewers if I could leave no stars I would! My son's order was claimed to be delivered. However, when you look at the pictures - which they provided- the driver tossed the packaged over our community gate. Our community gate is the main access for all residents and visitors. So anyone driving in or out could take our package, which someone did. Basically, they dropped our package on the street and left and claimed it was delivered. I tried calling, no one answers. I then contacted their customer service via email and no reply. Then I called again and the rep said they would investigate and provide a reply within 5 business days. This is my first time expecting a delivery from GOFO and, after reading customer reviews, I was very worried. But all is well because I got a text @ 8am today saying it would be delivered today and it arrived before 10am. My only complaint is with Yun because what I thought were going to be beautiful hand painted library book mugs were, in fact, small and childishly painted plastic. I was so disappointed. Should have ordered them from Amazon. May have been the same but at least much cheaper. Anywhere I'm very pleased with GOFO. Way to go guys!! read more

They refuse to deliver packages to a US business physical address, that they have delivered to before just 5 days ago. They claimed that the driver could not find the address on Google maps. But, I Googled it & it shows up on the map. The CS rep refused to answer my specific questions & kept repeating the same canned response over & over again until I got ticked off, rep still refusing to answer my specific questions & repeatedly refusing to acknowledge my request to have them send to me in writing why they refuse to deliver to a business US physical address when they have before. Then the rep called me back apologizing stating that I could pick up my packages almost 2.5 hours away, one way. She said she understood my frustration & a supervisor would be calling me back. The supervisor did the same thing, she kept repeating why they can't deliver to the US business address I provided & ignoring my repeated requests to have them send me in writing why they cant deliver & she still repeated the reason why, then said she would make a note of it. I said no, stop repeating why you can't deliver when you have before & send it to me in writing. I said, in "writing" means put a pen or pencil in your hand, write it down & send it to me. She again repeated the reason why they can't deliver & now claims that their delivery rules have changed.. I demanded she's top repeating herself because when was ignoring my request.
