Packages were left right front of the walk-in apartment unattended. Of course packages went missing. To make matters worse, I received text for package out for delivery two hours after package was delivered. Just say NO to a GOFU Express delivery. I have used this company for several deliveries from TEMU. Each and every delivery gave me Failed Delivery notices, telling me I gave them the wrong address. You can not talk to a real person in this company. It is all AI. At one point the courier provided me a map showing were they tried to deliver and telling me I gave them the wrong address. I looked at the map and saw that they were using the wrong map with the wrong street with an arrow showing my house should be on that spot but telling me it doesn't exist. Try to explain that to AI! It doesn't work. This is the worst delivery service I have ever used and believe me, I will never use them again. They are totally incompetent. read more

Six separate orders from Temu, and only one small package made it, even though other ones were supposedly out for delivery, and the warehouse is in the adjoining city. This is my first time expecting a delivery from GOFO and, after reading customer reviews, I was very worried. But all is well because I got a text @ 8am today saying it would be delivered today and it arrived before 10am. My only complaint is with Yun because what I thought were going to be beautiful hand painted library book mugs were, in fact, small and childishly painted plastic. I was so disappointed. I have waited a month and a half for a package that I ordered from overseas and GoFo continues to "fail delivery." Shipment was quick to the GoFo facility but they have been awful. Tracking shows that they've attempted redelivery 3x now and each time it's failed for "wrong address" (not the case), "couldn't get into the building". I have reached out several times through email and whatsapp(weird) since the first delivery failed. I've given them the access code to my building, directions, my phone number, and went as far as leaving a big note on the front door with my phone number asking them to call if they have any trouble getting in. Still the deliveries fails. So I think they're just giving the run around and aren't even attempting delivery. I'd recommend not purchasing from a company that uses GoFo. it's a scam for sure and leads to a lot of frustration. read more

As said by others, if I could give ZERO stars, I would. I received a text message that the address provided was "incorrect." I verified my address. I got a tracking number which said they had attempted to deliver the package and failed due to "Incorrect/Insufficient Address." I called and spoke with a customer service rep, after having to endure the ai "operator" which was no help at all. I told her my address was correct. She looked it up on google and was able to tell me the color of my roof, and my neighbor's roof. Told me the package would get to me in one to three days. Checked the tracking a few days later, failed delivery again for "Incorrect/Insufficient Address." Called again, spoke with another rep. Reaffirmed my address. She told me the package would get to me in one to three days. Checked the tracking again a few days later. The third failed delivery. Called again. Dealt with the ai operator, spoke with a person, reaffirmed by correct address. She told me my package would arrive in one to three days. Told me the driver would call me before delivery. Checked the tracking again, the FOURTH FAILED DELIVERY FOR "Incorrect/Insufficient Address." I sent an email to their customer service department. Had all the information, including the fact that I've lived in this house for 45 years and the address is correct. You can find my house on Google maps, Mapquest, Waze, and Bing. Told them UPS and FedEx have no problem finding me. No response to the email. Called them again. Dealt with the ai nuisance again. Spoke with a man who asked me if there was a UPS store nearby where they could drop off the package. I said yes, and gave him the zip code for the UPS store in a neighboring town. HIS SYSTEM COULD NOT FIND IT! He asked me to give them one more chance to deliver the package and then told me if they are unable to do so, they will RETURN THE PACKAGE AND I CAN GET MY MONEY BACK. I don't WANT a refund, I want my package. This company is inept, incompetent, unreliable, and a failure. read more

I had a package delivered to a business (open 24/7 w/ no access door code)- Got a notification "delivery failed due to no access to building" complete BS due to the fact the door is always open. Called, updated the instructions to call me if they have trouble getting into the building (idk why they would, but just trying to assist). Second delivery attempt- failed for the same reason as the first.. I called again, the lady assured me they updated the instructions to have the driver call me, something they should have done the first time. I even requested to assist further by going directly to the distribution center and pick it up- I was told that was not an option, and that they will attempt to re-deliver again. Here is to hoping that the 3rd time is a charm. Absolute scam. They originally told me that my address was not valid and the package was sent back to their warehouse, which is absolute BS. The customer support told me they fixed my address, it would be redelivered in 3 days. I called back many times only to find out the first rep I talked to did not update my address or schedule redelivery. I spoke to about 30 more reps who were all scripted to say the same thing (3 more days). Finally more than 2 weeks later, the manufacturer decided to send me a whole new package (THROUGH GOFO AGAIN). It was out for delivery this morning, and even though every single support agent told me my address is now accurate and they are able to see it in their gps, THE PACKAGE WAS NOT DELIVERED AND RETURNED BACK TO THEIR SHIPPING FACILITY. I called their support line again and guess what they said, "it is at our warehouse and it will be redelivered in 3 days". I feel like I'm in hell, these people are demons. If you ask to speak to a manager you will either be put on hold until the automatic system hangs up on you... OR... the support rep will say "unfortunately, yes you can" (what does that mean?!)...OR they will tell you they don't have management ... OR okay a manager will contact you (you'll never be contacted). This is a scam, if you have GOFO as your delivery driver, you might as well ask for a full refund of your order because you will never get the package. read more

I am only leaving one star because you can't leave 0 stars Gofo is a complete sham of a company and courier service. I have never had a package fail to deliver so many times without sufficient reasoning. My contact information was provided yet no calls during attempted delivery were ever received. I spent more than a week trying to have this issue resolved. On 4/15/25 I spoke to a representative to reiterate that the mailboxes are not beyond an inaccessible gate and that packages were to be left at the mailboxes. The mailboxes are standard USPS cul du sac style mailboxes and every other courier under the sun (to include DoorDash) has successfully delivered to them (and I order online frequently). Every question I asked the representative regarding alternative options I was met with a "that cannot be done" or "the courier said they could not get through the gate in the notes". There is no need or reason to go through the gate when the mailboxes are not beyond the gate as I tried explaining, again. I asked if I could get the package myself from whatever warehouse it was being held at and was told no. I asked if the courier could call me when they go to deliver and I could just get from them at the mailbox and was told this was not possible. I was told I had to provide another address within the same state but since I only live in one place that was not possible. And finally, the cherry on top was when I asked to speak with a supervisor and she hung up on me. It was extremely frustrating and disappointing dealing with this courier, Gofo, who due to their incompetencies said they will be returning my customized item to the manufacturer (because I'm sure anybody else could use that custom completely unique to me anniversary gift). read more

They notified me that my package had been delivered.. it was not anywhere in front of my door. There was an email address to contact in the text if there were problems. So I emailed them and they returned me a form email (automated) with pictures of the package with my apartment number and then a picture of the door where they left it in front of which is clearly not my apartment number. I just feel like this is embarrassing for them. And unprofessional and unacceptable to me actually. Like the fact that they send a form email with all of these different ways that they could have messed it up.. that is not a good sign. That tells me that they screw up the deliveries so often that they just have to have this email to send out to everyone who asked where their package is. I order all the time from Walmart and Amazon, and there are problems occasionally.. but not like it's just blown over by the company like it's fine with them that their workers perform this way. read more

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!! I recently ordered from them and when my package arrived half of the products were missing. Luckily I had a second order coming the next day, of course it wasn't the items missing, but I was able to catch the delivery driver. Apparently they don't hire anyone who can speak English, this driver not only was wearing a plain hoodie with no company branding but also had to put me on the phone with his "supervisor" to understand anything. The supervisor was apparently named "Pablo" which the driver said their name was too, ironic. I highly doubt these guys are legit, the vehicle was in very bad shape. If live in the Saratoga Springs Utah area BEG your shipping company be anyone else but these guys. The absolute WORST delivery srvc I've ever dealt with. I live in a secure bldg with a package room for deliverers to leave pkgs in. You'd think a delivery srvc would know to use the package room, right? Not GoFo! Or they were just too lazy to walk across the narrow street 10 feet to the pkg. room. Either way, because I was at work, they just left. Zero effort. "Delivery failed." I called the next morning and informed them of the pkg room (which they should have known about), and also gave them the gate code if they wanted to come in and leave the pkg outside my apt. door. Three days go by, no package, no word, so I called again. They informed me that because there was a "delivery failure" (their fault!), the pkg. had to go back to their "distribution center," to be delivered in 3 days. They didn't even attempt redelivery! After 3 days they came back, used the gate code, but just left the pkg. inside the gate, on the ground, outside, exposed to the elements and to theft by the hundreds of other residents inside this huge complex of buildings. Didn't even go upstairs to my building and put it outside my door, didn't use the package room. What a bunch of incompetent, lazy clowns. Because of them, I got the package a full week late, which made it useless because it was a gift for a retiring colleague. They were gone by the time these idiots finally did their job.
