The entire team is professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and dependable. They have handled several repairs for us over the years, and the quality of their work has always been outstanding. I especially appreciate that they are straightforward about what needs to be repaired and communicate clearly throughout the process. One of the biggest reasons I continue coming back is their reliability. When they give me an estimated completion time, the device is always ready when promised, and the repairs are done properly. It is difficult to find a business that provides this level of consistent service, and they have definitely earned my trust over the years. I highly recommend iPhone Hut to anyone looking for reliable and professional iPhone or iPad repairs in Fremont. Excellent service every time. Thank you Raj & Sok & all staff!

When my daughter picked her phone up, she noticed the quality of the screen was very poor. The front facing camera was visually grainy which affected FaceTime, videos, and camera quality. My daughter ended up going back to have it looked at and Raj and Adeel let her know that it was her screen protector. They removed the screen protector which doesn't make sense at all, but my daughter left thinking that everything was resolved. Wrong, the quality of the front camera was still an issue with no change or improvement. She also purchased the screen protector from the store and never received a refund. She came back a third time and they ended up replacing the screen. Usually, second time's the charm right? Not this time. The quality was exactly the same. My daughter tried messaging through Yelp to find a resolution, but her messages were completely ignored. I'm disappointed in the customer service this store provided although having a good rating. My daughter had to find a more reliable and dependable store to have her screen replaced. So far, it's as new as the day we bought it. Not to mention that the new store we went to was very friendly, fast, and provided a warranty. Having to pay for another store's failure is unpleasant.

Well, I didn't want to buy a new phone, so I looked into replacing the battery. I watched a few DIY YouTube vids, and decided I better find a professional tech to handle this. Using Yelp Projects, I found Cellular City in San Leandro. James responded to my request, and he asked for details about my phone and the problem. He quoted me an estimate on their website of $99-$149, and about 90-min repair time. I scheduled an appt, and it covered a 2-hour time slot. This place is easy to find, it's in a shopping plaza at Doolittle Drive & Marina Blvd. There's two special parking spots just for customers of Cellular City. James is very professional and easy to deal with. There's no pushy suggestive selling or unwanted services. Battery replacement was $100, no added fees. All done in under 2 hours. James gave me a few tips on how to prolong battery life. My phone runs fine now.
