First, I was not provided with a lock for my unit. On top of that, I went to the office around 1:30 PM and again at 2:00 PM on Sunday, and there was no one available to assist me. Additionally, the sign posted at the front door was misleading, which added even more frustration to the situation and confusion about office availability. As a result, I am now paying for a full week on a unit that I have not been able to properly use. Amanda set it up in less than 10 minutes. They had great introductory promo pricing. They replaced the door on one of our units which somewhat alarmed us. They sent an email, but my husband isn't great about checking his email. So, when we went in, the unit had been accessed and we hadn't known. Also, the drainage in the alleys was a little awkward to maneuver around with a 26' moving van, but everything remained secure and dry. These were clearly all decisions on the corporate level.
