She manages more than one facility so is very busy and was not at the office when I first went to look for her. She is very nice and explained the easy check out process. I'm just calling to uh to advise you that the redelivery of your 2 containers that we had scheduled on March. Take place due to your address being too far away from our location. Um, the person who scheduled that for, for you on your behalf on that order actually put a local zip code in there to get around that restriction. Um, your address is roughly 2 hours away from our storage center and it's just way too far for them to go to deliver containers. Um, so they basically have told me your only options are going to be to, to come into the storage center and unload the containers into a U-Haul truck and you're going to have to drive it to your new address. She will call you if there is any issue with your card to avoid any late fee too. She is on top of what is going on with her storage facility! It's a very safe place to keep your stuff and 100% climate control with no bugs! I have had various units here over 5 years and it's the best I have come across in all my years of storing!
