They act like they are some fancy storage facility when they are just your run of the mill storage units. It is going to be a pain in the ass to move but there are 98% of storage units out there that do not limit your access to your things and have much better pricing and just as nice units. These new people are a joke.

I sent a letter stating when I would be there to empty the unit out. The owners cut my lock off and burned family photos some of which I can never replaced of my deceased father & grandparents. The threw away stuff and gave stuff away. The only good that came out of this was they also did this to a lawyer a week or so before.

We rented for two months until a storage unit in our complex came available. The unit was clean, easy to access and convenient to our tiny apartment. The management are very nice and professional, its a family run business, no frills nothing fancy very reliable. I would recommend this unit and this business.
