Storage Sense is no longer allowing you to have 24 hour access to your unit! That is totally unacceptable I pay them to much money for them to tell me when I can have access to my things. They act like they are some fancy storage facility when they are just your run of the mill storage units. It is going to be a pain in the ass to move but there are 98% of storage units out there that do not limit your access to your things and have much better pricing and just as nice units. These new people are a joke. read more

We can't get into our unit in the building - maintenance called... he arrived and can't get into the building either. We have to wait until a locksmith comes tomorrow. We drove over an hour to access our belongings. Unacceptable...seriously- awful service. They charge way too much for this. Don't recommend !!! read more

When I moved into this place it was Roll up Storage and my very first conversation with the manager was with the rudest women I have ever talked to in my life, who later apologized for her behavior. The unit was nasty when we moved in, and now that I am moving out due to their stupidly changing rules. I found a great storage facility for the exact same size 24 hour access and $60 cheaper and was clean and great people to work with. I gave them a two weeks notice on the first of the month and was out in less than 7days and they charged my card a full months rent and I was told they would refund me two weeks, but since then I cannot get anyone to return my calls and guess what NO REFUND. This place is bull shit. Do not rent from them. There is to many places in our area to rent from and much cheaper, and better people. read more

Amanda set it up in less than 10 minutes. They had great introductory promo pricing. They replaced the door on one of our units which somewhat alarmed us. They sent an email, but my husband isn't great about checking his email. So, when we went in, the unit had been accessed and we hadn't known. Also, the drainage in the alleys was a little awkward to maneuver around with a 26' moving van, but everything remained secure and dry. These were clearly all decisions on the corporate level. Amanda, who runs this particular location, was always friendly and helpful. SmartStop is lucky to have her!
