We were broke down in the absolute middle of nowhere in a place that barely had a cell signal, and Mr. Kirk from Decolas towing came to our rescue instantly. Our battery was dead, our alternator was shot, our window was stuck open, and it was just starting to rain. He popped the hood, gave it a jump, rolled up the window, loaded our rig onto the truck and was off to our service shop in a matter of minutes. Kevin Penland and Decola's saved the day for my husband and me who were stranded with a car that would not start, was stuck in park and we were unable to even lock the doors. Decola's made it look easy as pie. Imagine a 5 ton+ truck hanging on the side of a 25'ft drop Only thing that held that truck there was a rock. A good wind and it would have rolled. Decola's were on the scene within 15 minutes. Analyzing the situation they scurried around to make sure the proper pullies ties and chains are attached before calmly and casually moving a lever on the back of their tow truck.
