They wrecked my car while test driving it. I've had to spend a lot of money out of pocket and they won't even respond to my last text.

As I was driving through Marion I heard a loud thud then metal on metal crunching. I took my…read morevehicle out of gear and coasted into a parking lot. I thought it would need towed for service, but as it turns out I was right next to Scott's Auto Service. I walked over to the shop and they brought it over for a quick look, saying it was an issue with the rear differential and transfer case. Instead of jumping to an easy solution of buying expensive new components they suggested breaking it down further to find the best solution. In the end, they were able to repair it at a fraction of what I would have paid at a dealership. Scott and his mechanics were honest, friendly and easy to deal with throughout the process.

I spoke with Stephanie who was really helpful. She would send a tow truck out. It would be $50 to jump start or if it needed to be towed to my dealership (40 miles away) it would be $150. Both seemed reasonable. Granted, it did take about an hour before the truck showed up - but honestly, I don't think I've ever had a tow truck show up before an hour. The truck operators were polite, friendly and apologetic. They got her started and analyzed that the battery was the issue, not the starter or alternator. I followed them back to their shop to settle up. It was verified by a mechanic on site that the battery was the issue and I was given a quote for the battery. The only reason I didn't get one there was that the car might need the computer/electronics reset at the dealership afterwards anyway. I was impressed by their honesty and professionalism. The cost was $50 as they had stated. I recommend them!

After I signed all the paperwork, I was told by my salesman that GM only sent them one keyfob, and the other one was "in the mail". To add to that, I got home and noticed a large one inch scratch on the left front fender. When I called, they admitted to knowing about it and said it happened in transport, and the sales person forgot to tell me about it. This is very poor business practice, borderline deceptive. They are offering to fix it, but have not pinned down a date or time. We will see. My experience thusfar with GM in general has been very poor. If this dealer does me right, I will amend this review, but so far I am not feeling good about it. UPDATE: They gave me a loaner vehicle while my new truck was gone (delivered to my house), and fixed the damage. I now have two keyfobs. They corrected the problem. (But they should have never delivered the truck to me in the first place missing a keyfob, and with damage)

I cannot say enough about the genuineness of the salesman, the finance manager, as well as the general manager. I never felt like I was being sold anything, but that I was being dealt with as a person. I understand that business is business, but I was struck with the humanity with which these fine folks conduct their business. If you are in the market for a new vehicle, give these guys a try.
