My daughter had a great time, and all of the other kids seemed to be having a blast too. The place also appeared very clean, which I definitely appreciated. There were a few things that made me uneasy though, especially with a younger toddler. Most indoor play places have some kind of gate separating the entrance/check-in area from the actual play space, but this place doesn't. When we arrived, I had to put my daughter down to sign the waiver on the mounted screens, and she immediately ran right into the play area before I could even follow her in. That was stressful. I also really did not like that the front door was left open the entire time we were there. For a place full of small children, it felt way too easy for a toddler to wander out. Another thing I noticed was that there were no employees anywhere throughout the actual play structure. Staff stayed near the front entrance, but inside it was mostly up to parents to manage everything. Since many parents of the older kids were not inside the structure with them, I found myself constantly having to step in when bigger kids cut in front of my toddler on slides or knocked her over. I understand kids will be kids, but I do think the place could benefit from having staff occasionally monitoring the play areas and reinforcing basic rules. Overall though, the actual space is incredibly impressive and really fun for kids. With a few improvements related to safety and supervision, I think it could be even better.

It's nice for the kids to go through the different areas and go to woody and buzz downstairs as they felt comfortable. The characters were also very good at waving to the kids and being friendly and respectful if kids didn't feel comfortable going fully up to them. They were also very friendly to the kids and there was ample pizza for kids and adults. They also offered a snack like goldfish if your kid wasn't digging the pizza which I appreciated.
