It's a cute spot for younger kids as there's two little bounce houses and plenty of toys up front. There was also a hoop in the back for older kids but I would still say this facility is more for younger kids like 5 years old and under. There were kid sized tables as well as adult sized tables in the front which was nice so you could sit if you wanted. There were also benches by the bounce houses which the adults utilized. I'm assuming this setup is just for parties and not for open play/classes. The two hosts for the party who I'm assuming we're the owners were very friendly and approachable. The kids and adults both had pizza and the drink options were apple juice and sodas. I know there was a bathroom in the back which I did not utilize. At the end of the party, there was a little play dough type St. Patrick's theme goody bag (which my toddler loved) and water bottle given out. All of the kids at the party looked like they had a great time. Mine was very upset when the party was over and time to go home. Overall, as someone who attended a birthday party here, I would definitely recommend it for a younger child's birthday party!

The price was the best I have found in Suffolk county 2 hours for 10 kids and they shut the place down to the public which is huge for me because I have two kids under 5 and it's just safer not having outsiders there. The adults felt like they could relax because the place is big but not so big that you can let your kid go wild on the bounce houses without being right there you can see them. Great value for money, wonderful staff that's caring and everything came together easily. You can have a great party and not stress about anything. Just show up. Highly recommended.

The owner name is Rita and she is such a ray of sunshine. The establishment is very clean. Reasonable price for 1 and .5 hour of open play. Absolutely NO sneakers, you must purchase wear socks or you can purchase them. It's not just for open play but also to have a snack with some tea or coffee. Play a La Mode is great for playdates, birthday parties or just open play. It's a open space which resembles a little town of different stores fronts where your child's imagination can just run wild. They will never get bored because each store/ play area has something to offer. The gym, grocery store, the kitchen, post office, camp fire and that's to just name a few. We started bowling at 12:15 and by 12:45 the kids were hungry so we went to order food. Only to be told "the cook isn't here, he is on his way-should be here any moment". We waited another 20 minutes and went back up to the desk because the kids were all fussy and hungry-but again we were told "No cook, he should be here any minute". We asked if we could bring in food from nearby because kids were so hungry but they said "no". It was now after 1:00 and kids couldn't wait for a cook that was still a no show, so we packed up and left. We did ask if we could be reimbursed for last hour since we didn't bowl and they refused. No one ever apologized or offered to do anything for us. I understand things happen-but you would think they would be better prepared on a holiday weekend for a bunch of kids. This place is cheap and okay but I won't go back. This day totally turned me off coming back again as we left with six hungry kids and an hour of unused bowling.

I had my daughter's 11th Birthday party here and I would have to say it was probably the best one ever. I had originally 10 guests coming and the day of the party of course we had two cancellations and I for sure thought I was going to have to pay for them so I wasn't even going to ask but they actually told me they were only going to charge me for the number of kids there. That never happens. I was very grateful. For a party they include personalized invitations that were awesome. The party room was fully decked out with party decorations they provide 2 slices of pizza,varieties of drinks and cake and all the paper products . If your kid is like mine and won't eat cake they will take off a few more dollars. They invite you to watch on the monitors to see how it's going and keep you posted if you like. The professionalism of the staff is stellar. I really can't say enough things or maybe I can. My daughter left her small bag of gifts behind and the owner actually ended up delivering them right to my house, above and beyond my expectations. Thank you
