Craig was the quickest to respond and offered the most competitive pricing of anyone who reached out. After having him inspect my property, I can confidently say he's the real deal -- an excellent home inspector. At the time he didn't have any reviews or any photos on this listing, so it was a bit of a shot in the dark. Craig was extremely communicative and quite punctual, despite coming from far up north. He was very responsive over phone and email and that alone made him worth working with. With regards to the inspection itself, Craig was very meticulous in pointing out areas throughout the property that needed attention. He provided a detailed report, which came with photographs, and detailed descriptions of his findings. He also went the extra mile and uploaded his photos into a separate gallery for me, for which I was extremely appreciative. He was a true professional and I would recommend his services to anyone looking for a home inspector.
