In all honesty, Sarah wouldn't stop raving about her. I called Anai to asked if she would come to inspect one of my rental properties, little did she know I had already had the roof inspected by another accredited roofing company. To make this review short, I was so blown away by Anai's humbleness, knowledge, professionalism, honesty, and willingness to serve. She replaced one of my metal caps that was missing (sent me before & after photos), even after I had informed her that I was also talking to another accredited roofing company. It just so happens that she actually knew some of the people who worked at this company, and had nothing but good things to say about them. She however did not know the person who was helping me out personally, but she ensured me I was in good hands due to them working for this company. At the end I was so blown away, and torn in between the two companies. That same day I reached out to the second accredited company rep to let them know Blue Hammer had come out to inspect the property. I was completely disgusted with this representatives negativity that it was no doubt in my mind Blue Hammer was the only choice for me. Literally called Anai the same day! She is truly amazing! He then proceeded to tell me what i need to make sure to check for in a roofing company because if the prices were lower than his they must be an uninsured company with no English speaking person on the job. There were some problems with sub contractors, but the owners tried to make those things right. 5 years later, it feels like every time we turn around we find another problem. Not cosmetic, but problems with the quality of work. Just a few problems have been trim that didn't get put back up under low windows, shelves mounted with the screws in the wrong place, pebbles left under the flooring, I can go on and on. Our most recent was that a shower door just fell off. As my husband looked at it to put it back up, he found that they had mounted the heavy glass door into the shower surround with nothing behind it for the screws to hold to except some glue!!! Efforts to repair this problem found that they mounted the whole shower surround with nothing behind it but the studs. No shower board, Sheetrock or anything!!! The subcontractors cut corners everywhere possible and no one monitored the quality of work. Use the utmost caution if you hire this company and monitor EVERYTHING because they won't.
