Go Go Pot is great for big groups and folks who like variety! The unique conveyer belt style of bringing around add-ins, unlimited appetizer/sauce/desserts bar, and quality meats made for a great time. The service was fast but typically upon request. No big complaints here as they timed checkins well and helped us order nicely. The Ribeye was a standout cut for me that was quite delicious. I also had the Spicy Beef Tallow broth. Be aware, it is quite spicy and the chili oil's nice and tingly. This isn't going to be for everyone. I'm excited to go back and try other broths/meats next time.
Came over for a late lunch with group of friends. Got seated right away. We did the lunch option which comes with 4 choices of meats and the broth. Then all you can eat from the conveyor belt that is rotating by your table. Everything from veggies, mushrooms, seafoods, tofu and noodles. It was a lot of fun picking up what you want to eat and try. I had some quail eggs, fish balls, squids and shrimp. Lots of seafood to choose from on the conveyor belt. They had shrimp, seaweed, mussels, clams, and squid. The broth I chose was the beef broth and it was delicious. The pot was hot and you could turn the pot off if you are done. There is a condiment area in the side where you can choose the types of condiments you want. Garlic, scallions, cilantro, chili oil. There are pineapples and grapes at the area. Two desserts to choose from if you are still hungry. They also have a hot area for yakisoba and egg rolls. So much food to choose from. It was so much fun. Trying different things out. Plenty of parking available. In a shopping area in Tanasbourne.
This has been the new "hot" spot so to speak for hot pot. Since its opening, it still remained very busy, even a few months later. For the three of us, it will still over a half hour wait. And that was for a later dinner after the usual prime time. Overall ambience is nice. There is an Instagram worthy wall with the company logo on it facing the waiting area. The tables are nested around the revolving food belt. And in the back are complementary sauces and toppings, which is a great, because typically restaurants charge extra for this. You pick your personal broth from the menu. You can also pick your meats from the basic menu or upgrade to premium. Everything else is "you pick" from the belt. Most of the bowls were separated by category. All in all, the pork bone broth wasn't as flavorful as I hoped. The belt did not have much mushroom options at all. I don't think we saw a single enoki mushroom once and we used up our entire two-hour limit. Our server seemed very pressed for time and was never present to fill up our broth or waters. Think this place could use some fine tuning and hopefully it has more potential in the future. For now, I will not be returning, nor will I pay for a membership there.
Go Go Pot is such a great new all-you-can-eat hot pot spot! The restaurant is nice and clean, and the conveyor belt idea is super fun. It feels like something totally new for the area. One thing I really love about the conveyor belt setup is that it lets you portion control a lot better. You can grab what you actually want instead of over-ordering, so you don't leave feeling totally defeated like you sometimes do after all-you-can-eat hot pot. The staff were also really friendly and welcoming. They checked in on us, but weren't pushy at all, which I really appreciated. Some hot pot places can feel a little overwhelming or like they're constantly trying to upsell you, but Go Go Pot had a much more relaxed vibe. I also love that they don't charge extra for broth or the sauce bar like a lot of other hot pot places do. That already makes it feel like a better value. On top of that, the meat quality was honestly really impressive for the price. Everything tasted fresh, and you can tell they put thought into the setup and the ingredients. Overall, really solid experience and definitely a place I'd come back to. Great value, friendly staff, clean restaurant, and a fun concept!
I'm not new to hot pots. Hot Pot City in Portland was a fav for years. Our service was ok'ish. We needed to ask for our drinks several times, and needed to inquire about the status of the meat orders after a 10'ish min wait. Our server referred to our table as "my neglected table". I think the rotating veggies and fish had a decent selection. The sauce station was also fairly good. We tried all of the meat selections on the basic meat menu. OK, not spectacular. (We could have upgraded to the more expensive meat option, but boiling expensive meat cuts is a sin.) Out the door we were at roughly $80, plus a $20 tip. If I were a teenager with a bottomless appetite it might be a screaming deal if I could plow through endless plates of meat. I'll return when we want to take visitors to "something different" but we won't return because the food is amazing. It's a nice experience, but at $100 for 2, it's a bit steep for casual dining.
Wrote this review halfway through my meal bc my mouth was on fire! I came with my 2 kiddos and our waiter Enrique was so nice. I ordered the spicy beef, tallow broth, My Son ordered the same, and my daughter ordered the mushroom broth. I highly recommend the spicy beef tallow broth if you can handle the heat. The veggies and noodles comes on a conveyor belt and the meat was ordered. The service here was really fast, except that we waited a while to get our cold water. But that didn't stop us from starting our meal. This place, kind of reminds me of a sushi joint with conveyor belts. But there's a huge large screen TV showing the World Cup game while we ate. I was just visiting Oregon and I was craving hot pot, especially because I'm not acclimated to the cold anymore. But I would definitely recommend and come back to this place.
We came to gogopot on fathers day and it was quite full. It took a while but once we got seated the experience was great! The open bar with sides and sauces was well stocked and clean, the flavors of what they had were also great! As for the main stuff, the single person hotpot was so convenient as everyone could choose their own broth and have their own items! The tables and the conveyor belt were also very clean and the foods definitely hit! For $36 per person I definitely would recommend trying this place out! Seating for anything past 6 is not really possible, 5-6 is difficult, so I would definitely recommend coming here in small groups!
Great food, great service and great ambiance. All you need to do is grab your sauces, place your meat order and grab your additional food on the conveyor belt. Our waitress was very nice, always came around to clear our empty dishes and attentive if we needed anything (forks, extra napkins, more water). Food on the conveyor belt was fresh and always replenished when empty. If you're hungry, and love hot pot, this is the place you should go.
had to visit with this being one of the first hot pot places of its kind. the sauce station is a standout -- and the recommended mixtures are quite tasty when paired with the food / soups they offer. upon arriving, our server was super knowledgeable and keen about how everything works, made sure we were taken care of, and ensured that we paced ourselves as we went along. tons of great veggies and add ons on the conveyor belt that you can pull from, and quality ingredients to add to your own hot pot broth. everything feels clean, and is well kept. the ayce option has two different types (standard and premium). we opted for the standard and left very full! my friend doesnt eat beef, but the premium option offers wagyu.
wanted to love this place as the concept is interesting but unfortunately go go pot fell short. I came with a party of 7 but they didn't have a table big enough for us to sit all together so they split us up into two tables across the aisle from each other. this was fine, but we were still charged a gratuity fee which I thought was odd as we essentially ate as two different tables. as for the food, sauce bar was plentiful and had some prepared foods like salad and fried rice. I got the spicy broth which was pretty solid. what fell short was the ingredients on the conveyer belt and the meat. the meat was tough and just wasn't appetizing. I usually eat a lot of meat at hot pot places but my table could barely finish the trays we were given on our first round. the ingredients on the conveyer belt looked like they had been left out from the night before. some veggies were wilted and the lotus root especially looked shriveled up and gray. service however was kind and attentive.
New favorite Hot Pot! I've been mourning the lost of Hot Pot City for years. Since then, Happy Lamb has had to step in as a surrogate, yet it just wasn't quite there as a solid replacement. Enter, Go Go Pot! The entire set-up is perfect. Plenty of room at the tables, and everyone gets their own pot, built-in to the table. Servers are all extremely friendly and attentive. They only thing they need to bring to you are the meat options. Everything else is delivered to you on an automated conveyer belt, so you don't have to worry about flagging down the staff when you want more bok choy, lol. The price is right, too. Around $25 for lunch. Whenever we leave other hot pot locations, it seems we always feel we overpaid. Anyway, great job with this place! I'm impressed ...
We usually frequent Happy Lamb but this will be our new spot. Having your own individual pot along with the conveyor belt to grab veggies and fish is a game changer. I couldn't believe the regular price included shrimp! And they were the big shrimps too! I'll try the premium next time but the regular was well worth the price. The meat quality was fantastic. Service was also excellent. Our waitress was so attentive, always checking in on us and was quick to bring us our next round meat and making sure we had refreshments. I wish I could remember her name but I believe the name started with A and she was working on 8/16 around 5:30pm. The restaurant was very clean and loved the sauce bar. Had everything we needed, including ice cream!
OK this place is LEGIT! So many things to love for a fun personalized hot pot experience from your own pot with broth of choice, AYCE meats/vegetables/other selections, and a great variety of hot and cold appetizers and condiments in the sauce bar. Pricing for lunch and dinner wastotally reasonable for AYCE and the conveyer belt items were tiny in portion but so fun to watch, especially for the kiddos. We came before their grand opening and they were super busy (even on a Wednesday for lunch!) but the service was friendly and they were accommodating while trying to work out all the opening kinks. I have been recommending this place for a fun hot pot experience for hang out, dates, family night or anyone who wants to try hot pot for the first time. The $20/year membership is totally worth it for all the perks and this place will be popping during the rainy seasons for sure!
Great customer service and very attentive. Really appreciate the chill vibes of this place and quick service too. Sauce bar had a wide variety and does include a small selection of fruits and desserts and another small selection of hot deep-fried foods. Conveyor belt hotpot foods is a brilliant idea because it's eye-catching and honestly not wasteful of food while keeping it all fresh. Previously our go to AYCE hotpot is happy lamb and I would say pricing and quality of meat and variety of selection is very comparable. Location wise Go Go Pot is at a very good place and they also have a stuff animal claw machine to keep you entertained while you're waiting to be seated. Broth wise I chose beef broth which was very flavorful clear beef bone broth and my husband chose their chili beef tallow soup which was also very flavorful. I appreciated that most of all the food items you can order via staff or can grab off the belt and then ordering meat only through staff, much like at AYCE kbbq. Very clean and quick to clean dishes off table. Ample amount of seating space and parking. If you join their membership for $20/year and go dine at least 2x it pays itself off ($5 off per adult dinner and max 2 per table). Highly recommend and it's our go to place for hotpot now. It's in the same area/complex as Paiks noodle and In-and-out, very convenient central location in Tanasbourne. Highly recommend all the beef cuts and fresh seafood! Idk when's the last time I saw razor clams at a hot pot place and it's fresh too! From crabs to squid to octopus and fish and all sorts of veggies and noodles and mushrooms and soy products and the standard hotpot with the fish meat balls and squid meat balls, etc., and spam and imitation crab meat. 10/10 recommend read more

After reading some of the reviews, I'm going to be honest, I was a little worried. However, after our experience, I think they've really read the prior reviews and are working on the most common complaints. We had a 15-20 minute wait upon checking in for a party of 3. It was a little confusing, but finally I figured out we needed to put our name and phone number in at the kiosk to check in (I included a photo so you'll know too!). There was a small seating area and only about 3-4 parties waiting at the same time as us (on a Saturday night for dinner) so seating while waiting wasn't an issue. They have a couple claw prize machines, a wall that's great for photos, and some merch to peruse if you're getting bored waiting. We were taken to our table, and we met our wonderful server Alizah! She explained how the process works, answered any questions, and took our broth, meat, and drink orders. We opted for the standard menu and selected lamb, pork belly, brisket, and ribeye. For broths, two of us opted for the Spicy Beef Tallow and one of us opted for the clear beef broth. While we waited, we headed over to the sauce station and hot bar for some appetizers. As someone who doesn't like seafood or mushrooms, the hot bar made me nervous (and definitely wouldn't be an allergy friendly experience) - there were no labels on anything in this area, so I grabbed a spring roll and called it good. The sauce bar area was well labeled and included recipes for sauces, however, we found that some ingredients weren't present for some of the sauces, so we ended up improvising quite a bit. We got back to our table, ate our appetizers and started grabbing things off the conveyor belt to be ready when our broths arrived since they do have a timer for each table for a strict 90 minutes. There seemed to be some confusion around who was supposed to bring us our broth, but they don't start the timer until it gets there and we had plenty to snack on, so no big deal! Overall here's my thoughts on the food: - labels on what's coming around would be helpful, all the fish balls look the same, so my friends were guessing what they were picking - they say to ask if you're not seeing something you want come around on the conveyor belt, so if you're not seeing it, just ask! You can't complain on reviews if you never asked for an item in the first place - the lamb was the standout for our group, however sometimes had tough fatty sections - a separate set of chopsticks to eat with and one to grab meat with would be a good idea. I ended up putting mine in the boiling broth to "sanitize" because I was a little grossed out by that - the spicy beef tallow broth was decent, however it lacked a depth of a flavor and just came across as "spicy" vs flavorful; if you ask, they have chicken broth handy to water it down, or when your broth gets too low to prevent stuff from burning They serve Coca-Cola products here and are great with refills, they're also in plastic to-go cups from the start, so you can take what you don't finish (LOVE this!). Their dessert selection is limited, but the cakes are good and the ice cream is very nostalgic. The booths are a generous size and left plenty of room for me as a plus size person (a rare thing with booths!). Alizah was so attentive and made sure to check up on us at least 5-6 times during our 90 minute time and was friendly and helpful. Overall we had a good experience and I think 4 stars is perfectly reasonable. I'll be curious to see how they continue to evolve and listen to feedback but I think they're headed in the right direction! read more

Overall - I saw the hot pot conveyor belt concept years ago and had been waiting for it to come to the States. It definitely didn't disappoint. Location - Borderline Hillsboro, but still central to everything with shopping nearby and the soon-to-open In-N-Out. It shares a parking lot within the plaza with the other businesses, so parking was easy. Service - Our server was extremely friendly and personable. One thing I really appreciated was the ventilation setup. With hot pot, there's usually a lot of steam, but instead of having vents hanging directly above you like Korean BBQ spots, the vents are built directly into the hot pot containers at the table. The steam doesn't rise up into your face or the room, it gets immediately captured within the unit, which makes the whole experience much more comfortable. Options - They have plenty of meat options and it's all you can eat, though they do limit how much you can order each round. There's also a 20% surcharge for leftovers. They have a 1.5-hour table limit, which honestly felt like plenty of time. I loved the sauce bar, complimentary dishes, and dessert options. Unlike other places, the sauce bar even has a temperature gauge to help ensure everything stays safe and fresh. read more
We went on a Thursday afternoon for lunch and was seated promptly after entering the establishment. The interior seemed clean and with some tasteful decor. The music that was playing seemed varied: including pop covers, K-pop, Hispanic music, and more. The server was helpful with explaining the menu and how to order. The limit was 4 meats at a time but you are able to specify if you want a larger/smaller portion. The sauce bar was basic but had all the necessities to make your sauce. There were also a few appetizers and desserts located there as well. The ingredients that were rotating appeared fresh and I appreciated that there were a variety of portion sizes in case you wanted less noodles, etc. I tried the pork bone broth and the tom-yum broth. Both tasted pretty standard. Nothing too noteworthy about the pork bone broth. The tom-yum did have a slight kick but not too spicy because the citrus notes helped balance it out. The quality of the meats were quite nice, with my favorite being the beef toro on the lunch menu. They did not have any lamb breast available so they offered the lamb shoulder even though it's not included with the lunch menu. Overall, I thought it was a good AYCE lunch experience! I am interested in coming back for dinner to try the other meat options or the premium wagyu cuts. read more

I really love the concept of having your own individual pot here! It's a great idea because you can eat whatever you want, whenever you're ready, without any worries. Regarding the service, you have to finish your current plate of meat before ordering a new one from the staff. I didn't mind this at all because the servers were quite attentive and checked on my table frequently. However, I had a bit of an issue with the conveyor belt. Since I was sitting right next to the kitchen, I noticed that the variety was quite limited. I was waiting for specific vegetables like bok choy, napa cabbage, and tang oh, but they didn't appear until an hour into my meal. It would be great if the kitchen could ensure a more consistent variety of food on the belt throughout the service. Overall, a decent experience, but there's room for improvement! read more

If I could this place negative stars I would. First the price point on weekends is $37 for all you can eat soup. Warning if you sit on the side of the booth closer to the front door you will not have good options. Per the waiter everyone on the other side gets first choice so it could be empty for a while on that side because people need a lot of portions. So one cup is a 1/4th of portion of noodles, 3 stems of bok choy, 3 mushroom, 1x2 inch square of tofu and the only tofu on the conveyor belt was frozen and fried tofu. I asked why frozen tofu and the waiter said because it's spongier. But let me go back to being seated. Since I'm a vegetarian I wanted to ask lots of questions about the menu before I committed to eating there. He said we have a full appetizer section, desserts, and all the veggie options. I asked about the broths so I can try the best one. I started with the mushrooms, they didn't tells us how to adjust the heating element and my broth was evaporating at wrap speed. We weren't given ladles or tongs which are necessary to get your veggies out the broth. So the first round everything turned to mush. The broth was so concentrated that it wasn't palatable. I asked more questions is the health herb broth like pho, tomato broth kind of like tom yum they had no idea how to describe the broths. I asked for a sample before I committed. They said no samples and the manager recommended the tomato broth. Omg! It was like Campbells tomato soup and lots of water and some canned tomatoes. It was disgusting! Ramen and tomato soup is just not good. You can't change the flavor or tomato soup. I told the waiter that the food didn't work for me. The appetizers were empty the majority of the visit. They put up a massive gnat zapper right over the sauces after refilling the apps. Gross! The only vegetarian item on the appetizer bar was chow mein maybe no one was really sure. The waiter gives us the bill. I'm like no sir I haven't been able to eat any food here. He brings over the manager who tells me the minute they bring out a broth is $37 no matter what. So we go back and forth and he Said I'll give you 20% although you didn't eat any food. I said well the menu doesn't reflect that. I explain the challenges. Finally I request a meal to go because I told him I will not pay for no food. When the manager packed up the food he smashed down my veggies with his bare hands and tongs closing the lid on the to-go bowl. I highly recommend AVOIDING this place at all costs. It's not worth the money. You can find better noodle soups anywhere else, in a can. I would love to chat with the leadership there if they read these reviews. read more

Pretty neat spot in the Tanasbourne area that offers hot pot with side items coming on a conveyor belt. There are a couple options to choose from on the acye (regular or premium wagyy). We opted for the regular just to try it out. We each had our own pot and the ordering of the meats came out pretty quickly from our server. They also have a sauce bar with small snacks that you are self service. There was an assortment of items on the conveyor belt, but I think more options if you go for dinner. Service is great and worker will check in on you frequently to help clear out table and refill water. Got to try the standard lunch package, worker was very helpful in explaining what the package included. For the lunch package you can choose up to four meats to be served at once and once you finish the meats you can order more! There were a variety of different toppings to choose from. I felt like some of the veggies didn't look the most fresh but I love this places concept. I feel like it's great for going solo or even with company. read more
All-you-can eat hot pot with individual soup pots and a conveyor belt of rotating trays of side items (broccoli, mushroom, abalone, noodles, veggies, mussels, etc) that will keep you entertained for hours. Can select up to 4 types of meat and they will keep bringing it to you as long as you can finish what you ordered during the 90-minute seating period. This has been one of the best hot pot experiences because 1) I have my own pot; I can pick out my preferred soup AND the food heats up super-fast and I don't have to fight others, 2) the side items on a rotating conveyor belt is entertaining to me because I can pick and choose what I want in my soup without a full commitment since there's only a few pieces of items in there (think sushi train) 3) they have a button to "suck" the steam away if your pots get too steamy in your face. What's the con, you may ask? It's a bit costly and there's a line! Unless you go right at 11:30am, or else you would have to wait between 30 to 60 minutes before you can get a seat (depending how many people in your group). They have tables for 1, 2, 4 and 6 people. Meat comes at a decent pace and right amount of portion; we ordered about 4 times because we got full and did not order any more. The only meat I didn't like was the pork belly - full of fat, zero meat. I also wish they labeled the meats; some of us at the table did not want lamb while others strictly wanted beef. The different tray of sliced meat comes out together, so you really don't know what protein you are having. If you go during lunch time on a weekday it's about $25/person for the regular menu, weekday dinner $35, otherwise Friday/Weekend/Holiday prices will cost you about $37/person. The difference is the meat selection in term of pricing (dinner only: lamb shoulder, beef brisket, angus beef chunk roll); if you don't have a preference, go during lunch (meat available: chicken breast, ribeye, lamb breast, natural pork belly, beef toro)! We went on Mother's day and it was busy! Mom liked the abalone, not sure if that's only on a weekend and/or dinner thing. Parking is good, shared parking lot with other businesses. They take credit cards. If you have 6 or more people, 18% gratuity will be added. Additional 30 minutes will be for a 20% surcharge; leftover food will also incur a 20% charge based on your entire bill. So you better finish everything on your table! Customer service was decent, I wish I could have gotten a water refill and more napkins. read more

I wanted to come try this place today. I called ahead and spoke to somebody and checked that it would be okay if my son came along and did not eat. I let them know he does not eat regular food and would not be eating, that we just wanted to try the place out, we wanted to be sure it would it be okay if he comes along to hang out and they said it would be fine, no problem. We drove 45 min and the server let me know that we would need to pay full price for his "spot". I let them know again he didn't eat food, that I had called ahead and she said that we would still need to pay. I spoke again with somebody else as we left and let them know again I called ahead and someone I spoke to said it would be okay, and she apologized and said that it's their policy. So if you have a child or family member with a feeding difference like ARFID, feeding tube, or restrictive diet, be prepared to pay for them to join your family at the table. Edit to add: this is about how I UNDERSTOOD, Way to turn this around, this is about what they told me in their own words. I completely understand, having to pay for the spot as policy, which is why I called ahead of time to confirm if a policy existed and they said it would be no problem. AYCE conveyor belt hotpot is such a fun concept. We went for their lunch set which was $24.95 per person & it was worth it. Sauce bar was included. You can upgrade to the dinner ($34.95) or premium menu ($47.95) during lunch hours if you feel fancy. We went around 12:30pm on a weekday & it was about a 15-20 minute wait. Couple things to note is there is a 90 min time limit & you have to finish all your meat before you order the next round. There was a whopping 10 choices to choose from for broth. We loved the beef spicy tallow broth & the green peppercorn sour broth. For meats, you have 5 choices for the lunch menu. We loved the beef toro & the lamb breast. They had a good variety of options for the conveyor belt. read more
Tried Go Go Pot after seeing some videos in TikTok. They are still in soft opening mode so unfortunately I do have some suggestions for future improvement. Let's start with the good. We ordered clear beef, pork bone & mushroom broth. All of the hotpot broth are delicious. Equipment: the electric stove control is wonky on 3 out of the 4 burners in our table. Since hotpot is the only menu, I think you'd have to make sure the equipments are working properly. Our table was only given chopsticks and spoon (regular spoon too, not the paddle type). For hotpot, it would be much more convenient if you provide paddle type as well as strainer type spoon. The variety of raw dishes on the conveyor belt was much less than I anticipated, so I am a bit disappointed. Most of the labels mismatch too. Some items are inconsistent (some meatballs have 2, some are 3, for the same type). Condiments: there's only soy sauce, oysters sauce and hoisin sauce (tecnically there's vinegar, sesame and xo sauce too) so the flavor profile from these combo is only salty and salty. Probably having a bit more variety would be more interesting. Our server is very gracious and friendly but took quite a while when we asked for something. Guessing he is overwhelmed so maybe better management on which servers are assigned to which table would be better. read more

It's more like 3.75 then 4 due to cleanliness. Food was great overall. It's an AYCE spot, and having your own personal hot pot is a big plus. There are eight solid soup options to choose from. Most items--except the meats--are available on the conveyor belt for easy access. I skipped the seafood since the color had changed and it didn't look fresh after sitting out for a while. That said, the vegetables, meatballs, mushrooms, and other items were all good. They also offer a decent variety of sauces, and the dessert section includes nice options like ice cream, fruit, and Asian sweets. I came in around noon (they open at 11:30 that day), so it was still early in the day. They may have been busy the night before, but the restroom hadn't been fully tidied up. There was some clutter on the floor and the sink area was wet. It wasn't outright dirty, but for a newly opened restaurant at the start of a business day, I expected it to be cleaner. Would I come back? Yes I would if I'm in the area as overall I had a good experience there. In term of cleanliness, there's room for improvement. read more

I've been twice now (lunch and dinner) and both times have great service. Good variety of stuff on the conveyor belt, the only thing I wish they had was radish wraps but maybe in the future. I like that they include the sauce bar and not add a $4 charge like other places do. For those who don't know how it works the menu explains the majority of things If not just ask a server, it is a new place and new concept for many people who haven't had Hot pot (miss you hot pot City iykyk). Pricing is solid and the membership pays for itself in two visits for $20 Also the music playlist is great... This kygo mixed with acoustic pop music. Overall if you're upset at possible slow service remember that it's brand new concept/employees and getting their kinks out so don't be a jerk about it. read more
