We stopped in Aberdeen on our way to Westport, and this restaurant came up as a Google recommendation, so we decided to give it a try. We're glad we did! There were five of us, so we ordered a variety of dishes to share, including the fresh rolls, bánh mì, vegetable pho, and beef pho. The restaurant is quite spacious and can comfortably accommodate larger groups. Everything was delicious and made with fresh ingredients. Our favorites were the shrimp fresh rolls and the beef pho. We're used to eating Vietnamese food around the Seattle area, so it was nice to try a different take while traveling. One thing worth mentioning is that this appears to be a family-run restaurant. We always enjoy supporting small businesses, and the warm, welcoming atmosphere made the experience even better. We hope they continue to do well! read more

Where to start here. It's ok. And I mean it's just ok. Broth has no real depth of flavor to speak of. Noodles a bit over cooked. Quality of meat and Vegetables are acceptable. Vermicelli bowl is not recommended as the fish sauce has no flavor. If you're really craving Pho and not in the mood to drive out of town, it could do in a pinch. Just gotta fancy up the broth. First impression, finding parking was easy which is a plus. The restaurant was clean, bright, and roomy. It looks like it would be able to accommodate large groups. They also have a large bar area as well with a very cool natural edge wood countertop. I ordered take out and both orders exceeded my expectations. The beef rib pho and the vermicelli grilled pork (with added shrimp) were both amazing! Very authentic flavors and the veggies were so fresh! The beef ribs were fall off the bone soft, the pho broth delicious! The pork and shrimp for the vermicelli salad were cooked to perfection and the dressing was delicious! This is surprising, as the food is spectacular. The waitstaff is kind and prompt. I have eaten pho in many places, mostly in Southern CA, and this place is hands down the best. Not expensive, either. The food will be delivered by a cook who doesn't speak English and doesn't give eye contact. The server will return to refill your water or top it off. In my opinion, the service was fast and efficient. No extra conversation is needed. Food: Pho broth is always the hardest to master. These guys did it. No extra doctoring, salting, or sauces needed. The meat was rare, thin, and balanced, like I prefer it. There were already Cilantro and green onions in my beef broth. I love Cilantro. The fresh Thai Basil, Lime wedges, and bean sprouts were fresh additions. They had Siricha, Hoisin, Salt, Pepper, and homemade chili oil on the table. Asian soup spoons, napkins, melamine chopsticks, and throw-away chopsticks were also on the table. I love the convenience of all my needs being accessible. So this is a win in my book. My pho was very good, had a lot of meat and the broth was amazing. However my egg rolls were anything but special, they were small, they tasted weird. I don't know what it was but they also didn't look great. My peanut sauce that I ordered in lieu of the sweet and sour was great! I believe I spoke to the owner because he asked me my opinion on only my pho and where I was from and how it compared etc. I wish I remembered to tell him that my bowl could've used more broth, bc there was so many noodles, I didn't have any broth left haha. With the opening of "Go Get The Pho," there is finally a legitimate Vietnamese dining option on the Harbor! And while Pho is the namesake of this restaurant, I was most excited to get my hands on their bánh mì...the original French-Vietnamese fusion street food. The French introduced the baguette and pâté to Vietnam, but the addition of fresh and pickled vegetables as well as Vietnamese style meats, all stuffed inside the airy baguette with a light crispy crust, created a unique sandwich that has become one of my favorites over the years. The Pork bánh mì at Go Get The Pho was stuffed full of flavorful veggies and tender moist pork. It did not disappoint! I also had an order of Pork Spring Rolls with Peanut sauce. The menu only offers a Shrimp option, but the owner graciously substituted Pork for me (so this was an off menu item). I just wish I had a little more of that delicious peanut sauce for dipping! The food, speed of service and friendliness of the staff were all on-point. Please note that they do not automatically serve many sprouts with the Pho so make Sure you ask for additional. Service wasn't very great. Chicken is like rubber, very tough and hard to chew. Waited quite awhile to find out we had to walk to the back of the store in order to pay. Would have been fine if it was communicated this at the beginning. But was given an attitude as if we were supposed to know. Since we are visiting a sick relative from out of state, there's no way we could have known. So it would be nice to get a smile from the server and simply let us know. A shining star in Aberdeen! The food is amazing. We usually get a bowl of Pho and split a Bahn Mi. The pho is always amazing, very flavorful and a lot of food. The Bahn Mi are delicious, we love the pork and egg option. We have gotten other things as well, and have never gotten anything we haven't loved. Family owned which is what I love! Size proportions are huge for the pricing and the food is actually extremely flavorful. Perfect bar menu. I stopped by this restaurant today for the first time. I got in there shortly after opening, so I was the only client; however, from the personalities of all of the people that were working there I would say my experience was not out of the norm. Service was amazing. I was served by the owner's niece and was extremely happy with the service. They were out of bean sprouts because today is their shipment day; however, she offered me steamed vegetables in my soup to make up for the lack of bean sprouts. I chose cabbage and carrots, and the soup with chicken was perfection. At the table, you can add your own spices and hoisin to doctor it just the way you like it appears to be a family run business and was very clean. They got their shipment in while I was still there and she brought out a plate of bean sprouts for me. All in all I can't say enough except you've got to try this place if you like a good Pho. I occasionally come by Aberdeen and Hoquiam for business. It was really cold today. I wanted something hot. I came across this place. It was a little somber when i walked in. Very quite, no music, and a bit stuffy. I looked over the menu and decided to get the combo pho togo, back to my hotel. I got the pho and egg rolls. First thing i noticed was the prices were very reasonable. Large for $13.99. I unpacked my food in my hotel, and it was super fresh and very hot!! Very tasty. Very satisfied. The Vietnamese egg rolls came with a sweet thai chili sauce, and not the typical fish sauce. It also didnt come with lettuce or pickled veggies. Overall, very pleased with the meal. Will definitely be back. Do yourself a favor, skip the so-called "Chinese" restaurants in the area, and go get the pho!! The local "Chinese" restaurants are horrible. I love this place. The owners and those who work there are really wonderful sweet people. You can tell they take great pride in offering delicious food and wonderful service. I absolutely love their egg rolls! So crispy and the filling is fantastic. Living down here in the harbor it's hard to get different offerings which is why I love this place. The pho is amazing, so flavorful and filling. While the pho is popular i really love the noodle dishes! The pork is always great and seasoned so well.
