Typically, if you go to a good Asian restaurant, you'll find customers with similar ethnicity dining in, which hints at the quality and authenticity of the food. Their menu also didn't list a special pho or "pho dac biet" compared to other restaurants I've been to, which usually is a combination of listed ingredients, and my go-to so I can taste a bit of everything. Maybe it's their "Combo w/all cuts" but that doesn't tell me what comes with it. The service was nice enough.
