The broth was lukewarm, noodles were too al dente for my preference, and the best part of the pho was probably just the steak. When I visited the restaurant, there were several tables filled... but I noticed there was only maybe one Asian customer.. Typically, if you go to a good Asian restaurant, you'll find customers with similar ethnicity dining in, which hints at the quality and authenticity of the food. Their menu also didn't list a special pho or "pho dac biet" compared to other restaurants I've been to, which usually is a combination of listed ingredients, and my go-to so I can taste a bit of everything. Maybe it's their "Combo w/all cuts" but that doesn't tell me what comes with it. The service was nice enough. I was greeted when I arrived and my order was taken correctly, but somehow made incorrectly. I had high hopes for this place, since it's close to the mall and I like the name of the restaurant. But with my order being made incorrectly and the pho tasting average, I'll pass on coming back here again.
