And the Jazz Brunch--paired with strong coffee and inventive drinks--always brings the whole experience together. The menu changes often, so you never quite know what delicious surprise you'll discover, but I always hope the focaccia makes an appearance. If you're lucky enough to catch it, don't hesitate. Fish and steaks are consistently cooked to perfection, served with vegetables that turn each plate into a complete, thoughtful dish. Simple, elegant desserts finish the meal beautifully. And being close is a big bonus. Thank you to my go-to restaurant for never disappointing.

In the middle of the dish was a nicely toasted brioche bagel. Egg yolk and dashi sabayon added a nice salty creamy umami touch. There were pickled beets surrounding the bagel as well. I wish there was a slight sweet crunch from candied hazelnuts. Service was quick and professional. There were over ten tables as well but I chose to sit at the bar where everyone else was. Nice vibe. Reminds me of Seattle especially seeing how my drink and roasted beets dish ended up costing $43 after service fee, tax and tip. There's no happy hour.

Oct-7-25 Make reservations the day before! The wife got an end cut, I got the big cut, it came with a small dinner salad, baked potato and green beans. Our meal was perfectly cooked medium rare. Potatoes were perfect and saturated in butter, salad was good, fresh and plentiful, green beans seemed to be frozen with very little to no flavors., however I just dumped the excessive butter from the potato onto the beans, salt pepper, all good! Staff was friendly, service was a bit slow, we were close to the first ones at a table 15 min early, tickets got messed up, so there was a delay as others that showed up after us started getting served, but hey... what are gonna do.?! Parking in back, plenty of other food to order if you didn't want the prime rib. Atmosphere is basically a bar, old eclectic feel, like you're out in the country and you come across an old local bar. Outdated, dark, not many seats but that's the charm of it. We had a great experience, with minor inconveniences, no biggie! I would recommend it, prime Rib was awesome! Probably more of an adults night out, doesn't seem to be largely family oriented. I got so excited when the food came I forgot to take pics however, I did snap some current menu pictures. I gave it 4 stars because I believe every establishment can improve somewhere.

The best bite, the quesobirria tacos, BY FAR. My daughter said it was "the best birria I've had in a long time." The meat was tender and (not to sound too cliche) the consommé was packed with flavor. The papusas the chicken and cheese was the best one, followed by the jalepeno and cheese, the rest were not bad, just nothing to write home about. As far as the tacos go, the carne asada was fine, the adobada had great flavor and a decent char on it. This made for a great post-crab fishing meal and will likely come back next time we're in town. Oh! This place is on the pricier side, just so there's no sticker shock. The service was decent, but I'm pretty sure our papusas were dished up wrong, but such is life when they all look the same, the inside of the restaurant is all of we the place but super clean.
