A customer since 2019, and a ~ weekly regular since 2024... writing this all out, yeah... i'm done. Gget Larchmont has the worst customer service of any restaurant in the city, including all French Restaurants. They can sometimes be friendly when they take your order, but any other interaction with these people is a privilege. They don't clean the tables, they don't offer any sort of help. They will take your order, bring it to your table and that is it. What should've been the last straw for me was when I was using their hand sink for customers, only to realize it was broken because I got covered in water from neck to crotch. Not one employee said anything (they all saw) and even worse, a customer sitting in there said the same thing had just happened to him. He looked like he was covered in his own urine, as he got it all in that area. I was not offered a paper towel, a sorry, or a napkin --nothing. (it didn't look like he had been offered either) I'm not exaggerating when I'm telling you that I am soaking wet from neck to crotch, like cannot-continue-doing-anything-for-the-day, have-to-go-home-and-change kind of wet. The employees just pretended like nothing happened. Not a word. Employees will take up a table for FOUR for their personal breaks or endless phone calls that the customers just love to listen to. The lovely women who work here really seem to enjoy doing this during their busiest hours while squinting families stand there holding their food in the sun, juggling stroller'd babies and leashed dogs between plates. The other day, we ordered from the phone app, came in and asked if it was ready for 45 minutes only to find out the now-cold burrito that had been sitting there that entire time WAS indeed ours like we had been very politely suggesting since we got there. The 10/15 min process of getting a take-out burrito took one hour. You are really stepping into their private club when you walk in the door, and are lucky to even get to eat there.. or at least that's what it feels like when you have to deal with any of the employees here. I will drive to a better location like sunset/silverlake or maybe try weho. Although it's been a joy to walk to our local spot with my family over the last year and a half, the way we've been treated just does not justify supporting their business. After writing this out and remembering the embarrassment of being not only drenched in water but not even attended to I'm really insulted. While walking around the Larchmont village we stopped by to get coffee here at Go Get 'Em Tiger. I ordered an iced latte and it came in a paper cup which was really weird for me to drink from. Usually iced coffee is served in a clear cup. So it wasn't as pleasant for me to drink the cold coffee by sipping on it. The coffee tastes ok. Customer service was unfriendly but not horrible. It was my first time there and somehow the barista didn't want to have a conversation with me to answer the questions I had regarding their coffee and drinks. One of the best coffee bars in LA! They know the difference between a ristretto and an espresso shot which is unfortunately rare in the USA. I'm a huge fan of flat whites and they make a really good one here. They have a variety of milks to choose from. Service is quick once you get someone's attention. People are often confused by the bar and wonder "where the line starts?" It's a bar, walk right up and order when you have the baristas attention. I work across the street and we have 7 places on the block that serve coffee, and I frequent them all, but this is my go to for the best coffee and a quick bite. They have rotating single origin coffee. For coffee lovers who drink it black (no cream or sugar) I think it's the best quality coffee you can get. They heat up the mug before pouring in the coffee and you get free refills if you're drinking/dining in. Their protein breakfast is amazing as is their standard bread and jam. The one thing I don't love is their house made macadamia milk in hot drinks - good in iced coffee or matcha, but gets a bit funky in hot drinks. I stopped by Go Get Em Tiger on Larchmont and ordered an iced matcha. Unfortunately, it was one of the worst matchas I've had. The flavor was off and tasted unpleasant, making it difficult to drink. To make matters worse, the cup was filled so high that it was overflowing when it was handed to me, which created a mess right away. Spending nearly $8 on a drink that went straight to the trash was incredibly disappointing. For the price, I expected much better quality and attention to detail. I needed a second coffee after flying into Miami and I went straight to go get em tiger! The barista was kind and patient with me for all my questions. We settled on a cold brew with cold foam. Came for a late morning breakfast and enjoyed the experience. I must say service was top notch. Super busy but they stayed super friendly and attentive and efficient. I am a black coffee guy so just got the filtered coffee which they have two to choose from. I've had their specialty drinks and I personally say stick with their coffee only drinks. I also got their famous breakfast burritos. I got the egg bean and cheese and it didn't disappoint. Mixed reviews around this but I enjoyed it. The egg was a bit runny which was not my preferred consistency but ok. The beans were flavorful and the tots were a nice crunch. I say the salsas make the burrito and the grilling on a flattop to make one side crispy is key. I'd like it to be grilled on both sides. All said, gget has been around the block and while there could be hits and misses, I think this experience improved my perceptions of gget and I'd be back! read more

Great coffee shop in Larchmont. The drinks and service here are top tier. I got a Lil Sweetie- the espresso is incredibly flavorful, balanced, and also had the perfect amount of cream. I've also had just a regular latte and it hits the spot. I love consistency. The interior design is really nice and they have outdoor seating as well. On my never ending quest to find a fantastic latte I stopped by Larchmont Village's location of GGET this morning. I read a review that it was co fusing so I watched for a second to see what was going on. You basically go up to a long counter and order and it's pretty simple when it's not busy but I would imagine it would be a lot if it was packed. My latte was really good - thank you Jason! And I indulged in a raspberry scone / looked like it might be super sweet and I generally prefer savoury / but I was a bit tart and delish! I sat on the outdoor patio and eavesdrooped on two law students. She gave a monologue and he sat back with his arms crossed. Couldn't tell if they were on a date or if he was quizzing her for an exam. But great way to spend a relaxing Saturday morning. Surprised it isn't busier. I don't know why but my go-to is the almond macadamia latte. Probably because I don't find macadamia milk very easily and it works well with their espresso. The setup is unique. You order at the bar and pay with the barista as they make your drink. They were friendly and helpful. Parking can be a hit or miss on Larchmont. There is street parking and small lots. read more

Cute coffee shop in Larchmont. I've been to the dtla location in grand central market, and this location is much larger and has an expanded menu. The service was quick and kind. You don't get greeted when you walk in and you'll be left standing at counter waiting for service while baristas are talking to each other or chopping it up with another customer. Was looking forward to trying this spot- couldn't be more disappointed by my experience. We got the Macadamia Almond Iced Latte and a Plain Iced Vanilla Latte, both tasted EXTREMELY watered down. The macadamia latte was okay- tasted like a watery chocolate milk, but the Iced Vanilla Latte tasted like licking wet cardboard in the worst way possible. We had them add more sweetener to try to make them more palatable but they were still disgusting- I literally spit it out when I tried it again. We also got 2 of the Egg+Avo+Bacon burritos that we had heard so many good things about- they were good but definitely not worth $15 taste or size wise. We would've rather gone to a hole in the wall spot and gotten a burrito 2x the size that would probably taste better and be much more reasonably priced. 30+ minutes to park, $5 parking fee, and $50 spent for some low quality coffee and mid-tier burritos. First time at GGET and i wonder what other locations may be like. The Larchmont location was very busy and had barely any seating when we arrived just for a quick chat and bite. The burrito was said to be fine, though i did like the BLT sandwich i had. The matcha lattes were average, we've had better, but it overall was an okay experience. This chain used to be considered high-end, now it's mid-tier just above starbucks. Just had a mocha here and it was boiling hot. Mocha should never be served above 185 degrees. Burned my lips, tried to pour half of it out in the trash can outside so it'd cool off and ended up splashing it on my new Prada pants. Not sure if it'll come off with dry cleaning. The worst, I asked for avocado toast with eggs, they give me no eggs. Then I get only half the toast with egg and not the full toast.
