My jeep has spent 16 weeks in Go Dodge's shop this year. The first time, was to get my jeep repainted, for the second time in 4 years due to a manufacturer defect of corrosion. While this was frustrating enough, I had started this claim of in August 2022, and because the person that was working on my claim quit, everything got dropped and pushed back for months... unfortunately, that is only just the beginning. When it was in, they did their regular oil change and "peace of mind check" where they mentioned, in writing, all was good at that time. Come June, I noticed oil leaking onto my driveway, and discovered 2 pretty major leaks (which surely would have been there well over 6 months, even they admitted to that). I brought my jeep back in to have the leaks repaired, luckily under warranty at that time, however what should have been quite simple, ended up taking them a little over 3 weeks as every time they fixed 1 thing, they broke something else. I also did a look over my jeep at drop off, and noticed that my jeep doors were beginning to have corrosion, I asked them to begin another claim to have Chrysler cover these (this is the 3rd time this has happened in different places on the jeep). They began the claim. When I picked my jeep up at the end of July/early August, all seemed fine. I took my jeep and was told I would be contacted when they were ready to have it repainted. Within 1-2 weeks of having my jeep back, I went on a family trip, to find that they had broken my driver side visor (when I pulled it down, it fell right off) and noticed that my radio was randomly resetting every 3 or so minutes. I called back into the shop, frustrated and told them what had happened and also asked for an update on my paint claim. I was then notified that the person working on it had quit.... finding myself in the same position again, my claim being dropped because they have a staffing issue. I decided to go into the store and talk with the service manager, I explained my frustration, he noted everything down and let me know so long as I continued to drive my jeep, all would be fine temporarily, they would be in touch to get everything fixed. A couple more weeks went by and my jeep completely stopped starting. I brought it back, and they gave me a loaner while they sorted out my jeep... that was 11 weeks ago. Since then, my jeep has been in their shop. After 5 weeks of absolutely no progress, I discover the service manager has now quit, leaving me AGAIN in the same position with my vehicle issues being dropped. They then told me the radio head in my jeep was broken and I would need a new one, for $1300 (which I find so interesting considering everything was working just fine when I brought it in for my oil leaks, and they insisted for WEEKS they had no idea why it wouldn't start) Fast forward to now, they call me to let me know that my jeep is running and ready to be picked up, but the claim for the paint has no update, my question is... what have they been doing since JULY when this claim was started? What have they been doing the last 11 WEEKS my jeep has just been sitting there? Not to mention, I have had to bring up 3 times that my visor is broken FROM THEM, and they JUST ordered the part today... Unfortunately, my experience with Dodge AND Chrysler has been awful. And the worst part is, Dodge can't seem to hold any staff, so every time a new person comes into the picture I feel bad being upset with them, because it is not their fault individually and they have truthfully all been nice to me. But as a customer, to have 3 people quit while working on your vehicle and everything get dropped over and over again, leaves a really bad taste in a person's mouth. I would suggest everyone and anyone stay as far away from this service department as possible. Unless you enjoy them having your vehicle for months on end, forgetting about you multiple times, and being able to do nothing other than say "sorry, I understand".... but they don't, nor do they seem to care. I got my oil changed in Red Deer Go Auto on Fri. When the oil change was done, I was told I needed 20 new lug nuts, because the others were stripped. The cost would be $350.00, and I was also told the tires would fall off when I was driving. I went home and told my room mate, he went and got his Tork, tighten the lug nuts with no problem. They had only sat the lug nuts on and Never bothered to tighten them up at all. They are the worst business, and should not be allowed to run anything. They are Scammers read more

What started as a Good Experience turned into one of the worst nightmares. I bought a used 2019 Ford F-150 with only 91,000km's from this dealership. But after owning the truck for just 2.5 months the transmission failed. I had purchased the extended bumper to bumper ultimate warranty that this dealership offered. At the time of the purchase I was told by the finance manager that if anything happened to my vehicle I would be covered. She told me that I would have roadside assistance, towing and rental vehicle coverage. However she failed to inform me that only $100 are covered for towing and rental is only covered for 5 days maximum upto $250 dollars total. Now I have to also pay $1,500 dollars out of pocket because the warranty isn't covering everything. When Ford inspected the vehicle they notified me that this vehicle had been checked previously for transmission issues and they failed to disclose that information to me at the time of sale. These people will make their warranties look like they are worth every penny but when it comes to it the reality is complete opposite. The finance manager Kailyn hid all these details which would've prevented me from being fully informed about the purchase I was making. We traded in 2 vehicles. Got one vehicle that fit out needs more so. We got the Grand Caravan R/T. Nice van. BUT... 1: VAN WAS NOT DETAILED. We are still trying to get the smoke out of it. 2: I am legally blind. My wife drives. GUESS who all the questions were directed to.. It wasn't my wife... 3: We NEVER received a copy of the CarFax report, NOR the AMVIC. (I think that is correct) We received only 1 keyfob, no Remote, No headphones. We were told we were going to get a call regarding the extended warranty. The sales man (Josh) knew we had a VERY BUSY scheduled. We ran out of time. We had to get back to the hospital. He said no problem, they would call. It is now a week later.. No call SURPRISE SURPRISE. The sales rep was EXTREMELY HI PRESSURE, We did inform him of this as well. So.. We have NO IDEA when the I maintenance was done, We have not received our copy of the Carfax, and AMVIC. We have 3 years warranty on the drive train. We will NOT be returning to GO Dodge Red Deer unless we absolutely have to. Do we like the Van... Yes. Would I recommend GO Auto.. NOT IN A MILLION YEARS. read more

They leave vehicles still posted on their websites for days after the vehicle is sold and no longer available, and don't even the courtesy to respond in a timely manner when you inquire about said vehicles. read more

Very friendly salespeople though they fall short when it comes to finance and managers. They rip you off of every hard earned dollar you make. Took an extra $102 from my lease buyout which weren't supposed to. The overcharge for extras such as paint protection, etc. which competitors can do for a third of the price so double check with other businesses. Make sure to do a walk around with vehicle intended to be purchased and write down all known defects on bill of sale, you need everything in writing....WRITING with copies. The advertised price can only have gst and financing costs added on because by law alberta has all-in pricing so any extra fees they add are illegal and so make sure you take pictures of advertised price. Please read AMVIC site before going to this dealership as they dont follow laws in place to protect you the consumer. read more

What started out as a good experience (with some hiccups that were worked out) buying a brand new 2500 Ram Laramie has ended in one of the worst. One basic protection I CLEARLY started must be on the truck was removed from the deal and "Dealer Specific" talk was used to muddle the conversation and never clear that I was not getting the Ceramic Coating I absolutely required to be on the truck. There is swirls all through the paint now after a month of ownership and only two washes. So, of course, I am left holding the bag because "I didn't pay for it" even though I clearly stated during negotiations that these are the items I want and this is what price it needs to fit into and they come back and say "All good we got it to fit into your requirements." UNFORTUNATELY, they didn't tell me they removed items that I requested to make it "fit"! The whole deal was marred with issues that the staff had worked diligently to make right as best they could. The truck was shipped up to Northern Alberta without the 3M paint protection being installed, which they got installed up here but not before the truck suffered paint chips. Nothing can be done about those now. I would have thought they would have worked with me more in rectifying this because of all hassles I did go through but I am left with a truck with the worst paint I have ever seen and that includes my last truck that was black and never had ceramic coating either. I went from being satisfied with the team to being completely upset and never less happy with a dealership. Their only solution was a discount if I drive 700km to them and have them do it. In the end I felt like I was being called a liar, that they "don't remember me ever saying that" and I get left with no recourse but to hopefully deter some people from going to them. read more
