My name is Rainer Hoetten and i bought a 07 citation supreme from vellner rv and had it delivered by Ronannes dad. The whole shopping experience seemed very nice Ian was my salesman, but after i bought it there was nothing but trouble. It started with the walk through it was very rushed because Ronannes dad was waiting to deliver it, after the walk through i was rushed to financing were Tom had all the paper work ready and i was rushed through that. Tom reasured me that i had nothing to worry about because i had the the best warranty in the business and i would not even have to take my rv anywere for repairs because the warranty offered mobile service which was great.
Everything went downhll from there, I had the camper delivered to springbank in calgary, by the time we got there is was almost dark and instead of helping me set it up the way he was suppose to he just unhooked and left. 3 days. later i went back to it to set it up. I noticed all these little bubbles in the fibreglass on the slides that were not pointed out to me during the walk through because the slides were not slid out until we went inside. So I phoned vellner right away I talked to Ian and ronanne on the phone I was told they knew the bubbles were there,but i was never told about them! Next I talked to them about my warranty because i wanted to get these bubbles fixed. Well i was told the warranty would not cover them and with further investegation i found out that Tom had sold me a totally different warranty then what he had told me,it did not have mobile service and did not cover any major components. I was very upset so i called Tom who straight out called me a liar . So then the wife and i took a drive to red deer to talk to Ronanne who at first gave us the cold shoulder but then changed her toon and said dont worrie I will look after you and said she would talk to Tom. Well we got a very rude phone call from Tom who once again called us liars and told us he could not have sold us the premium warranty because our camper was to old. Well I spent almost. $50,000 and sure would not spend that kind of money without a good warranty. We phone Ronanne again just to be ignored. A number of phone calls were made to her all ignored. I called the better business office, they were also ignored.
I would like to caution everyone thinking abaut buying an rv from these crooks ,,run run far away there are lots of rv dealers in Alberta and i will not buy or recomend these crooks to anybody, buyer be ware!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! read more
