At this Kal…read moreTire, Joe helped me work around my budget, while still making sure the important issues get fixed. I was lucky to have senior mechanic Ryan working on my rust bucket aswell. I got a diagnostic, and the next day was able to get the spark plugs and distributor cap replaced among other fixes. Ryan noticed that there is also a problem with the cylinders, and pulled a few other mechanics to try and resolve it. Ultimately I need another through test. The staff is laid back, friendly and accessible, but also efficient and professional. They know what they're doing, and I'm in and out in the time they tell me. My cars, some ten plus years old, purr along the road. They take the time to go over everything and explain the work and the result of any inspection. I've never felt any up-sell pressure or anyone being less than honest about my needs. In fact, all I've had is frank talk about the best and most cost effective ways of getting things done and if it's necessary now, later or ever. The nice thing about it being a Midas franchise is that these nice people offer corporate specials seasonally, which sweetens the deal.
