When we picked up the car, it was completely spotless- not a single strand of dog hair left in the vehicle. It looked brand new. Brian kindly advised against spending money on my 2005 Cadillac because the rust damage was too far gone. He said that he would repair the panel and suggested that I sit in the customer area and perhaps have a coffee. Ten minutes later he showed me what he did to secure the panel. He then gave me my car keys and said that there was "no charge". I was surprised and very happy. Wow! That's how you build a business. I was called as soon as the part was in and was able to get the car in to finish the repair fast and efficient which was what I needed. The repair took less time than I was told. I can't give them 5 stars, because I just feel that I shouldn't have had to bring my car back to get anything re-done in the first place. When I first picked up my car when it was done, and I paraphrase here, "We looked over your car extra hard as we were told you were picky." Not exactly in those words, no. But it was a new car (not even a year old at the time), and it was nothing structural so yeah, please make damned sure it's as good as you can get it. Should be the way it's done every time, every car. As good as you can get it. Having said that, they DID make the car appear as though it had never needed to be repaired in the first place. I only had to bring it back as there was an issue with tonnes of feather scratch swirls in the repainted areas. They got most of that out to the point where I doubt anyone would notice now. The one receptionist is a bit surly but then she probably gets that way dealing with unreasonable people. I found she softened her stance with me once she realized I was not one of those people. One of the management guys gave me a ride home when I dropped it off, so that was cool. Really, I'd consider this to be a 4.5 out of 5 review. I will bring the car to them next time something happens.

I couldn't believe it when Karla informed me I'd get a brand new bumper free, painted free. Thank you so much for making it right and going wven further to help me. I so appreciate it and I wont go anywhere else for body work. Boyd definetely stands by their work. If you have an issue, just talk to them about it-chances are they will make it right again.
