He recommended that I get the heater looked at by my mechanic before scheduling the muffler repair. I did and I was told that there was an air pocket in the antifreeze hose. He kind of thought that was the issue, but played it safe as I did and had the heater looked at to be on the safe side. I was quoted an hour for the replacement when it only took 30 minutes. I was thrilled that it didn't take as long and the cost was reasonable.

When i called Carline, 9 a.m., i was told if i brought my vehicle in right away they could get it done. Great service, good guys and fair price. Really? No one has reviewed these guys yet? Alright, I guess that'll fall in my hands…read more. Good thing too, because they deserve a pretty good review. I can't give them 5 stars, because I just feel that I shouldn't have had to bring my car back to get anything re-done in the first place. When I first picked up my car when it was done, and I paraphrase here, "We looked over your car extra hard as we were told you were picky." Not exactly in those words, no. But it was a new car (not even a year old at the time), and it was nothing structural so yeah, please make damned sure it's as good as you can get it. Should be the way it's done every time, every car. As good as you can get it. Having said that, they DID make the car appear as though it had never needed to be repaired in the first place. I only had to bring it back as there was an issue with tonnes of feather scratch swirls in the repainted areas. They got most of that out to the point where I doubt anyone would notice now. The one receptionist is a bit surly but then she probably gets that way dealing with unreasonable people. I found she softened her stance with me once she realized I was not one of those people. One of the management guys gave me a ride home when I dropped it off, so that was cool. Really, I'd consider this to be a 4.5 out of 5 review. I will bring the car to them next time something happens.

I so appreciate it and I wont go anywhere else for body work. Boyd definetely stands by their work. If you have an issue, just talk to them about it-chances are they will make it right again.
