I couldn't believe it when Karla informed me I'd get a brand new bumper free, painted free. Thank you so much for making it right and going wven further to help me. I so appreciate it and I wont go anywhere else for body work. Boyd definetely stands by their work. If you have an issue, just talk to them about it-chances are they will make it right again.

They explained my options and also heard what my needs were and allowed me to to make the decision. I ended up paying for the repair which sped the process up. I was called as soon as the part was in and was able to get the car in to finish the repair fast and efficient which was what I needed. The repair took less time than I was told.
