They were there very quick to pick up the car and tow it to a friend's place. They needed a flat-deck as my car is AWD. The driver, Curtis, was great. He was very friendly and helped me get back home to Edmonton. He knew where the Red Arrow picked up and since it was close to being on his way back to the shop, he offered to drive me there, so I didn't have to catch a cab from my friend's place. It was a very good experience on an otherwise shitty day!

They had a truck out to me in 18 minutes. The driver was super friendly and did everything he could to start my truck before he put it up on the winch. When he asked where I wanted it towed I told him I was open to suggestions. I'm new to Red Deer and don't have a mechanic here. He called some shops for me to find which would look at my car soonest and found one who he said he would take his own vehicle to. He was so friendly, kind, and professional. He made sure I was warm in his truck and waited with me until my ride came. My tow came to a super reasonable $84!

Yes you read me correct ,a towing company that can and will work with you to get your vehicle back , and not against you so that they can profit off of your misfortune,like far to many other towing companies out there. The guy that came to get my SUV was nice and I could tell he did truly feel bad for my situation, but had a job to do all the same .We joked about My Ford Escape having to be boosted every time I wanted to start the thing ! It was a welcome attitude and smile after what I had just deal with ! Knowing it would be atleast a week until I got paid and could even consider getting my SUV out of towing jail . So when I did call the office to see how much I would have to pay to get my only running vehicle out of impound , there were tears rolling down my face . I have had this situation before and no fault of mine but it still cost me in the end and I lost a good car because of it ! But Darcy and the driver ( sorry forgot his name) worked with me so I was able to affordability get my SUV back ! This would not have been the case with at least one other local towing company out of Didsbury !! Yes I understand this is a business and they are not running charity,and I do know (was married to the fleet mechanic of one of the largest towing company in BC back in the day) first hand that the job these guys do is most times a dirty one ! Tell me honestly more often than not, your not happy to have to call a tow truck as it always means something has gone wrong and that means $$$ Or the other end where the police are involved and they have it impounded from anywhere 24 hrs to 30days ! The drivers put their lives on the line almost daily with most calls,and never know what will be at the other end of the call out when they get to them ! Anyway you look at it, A) It's a dirty job someone has to do B) Try being respect before you start swearing , sometimes it makes things go much smoother for yourself and the company . It took several hours to locate the car after thinking it was stolen. During this same tow job, the driver made derogatory remarks regarding Canadian Tire to the Service Manager who was there on site. Second time I used Key towing, the driver over charged based on the location that the car was sitting on the road. He then towed it to the location of my choosing but DID NOT SECURE THE KEYS and LEFT THE CAR UNLOCKED. That night someone broke in and stole several hundred dollars worth of items. KEY TOWING DENIED THIS AND MADE ACCUSATIONS OF HIGH CRIME RATES AND "GREY AREA" OF EXPECTATIONS OF THEIR SERVICE. THEY FAILED TO DO THEIR JOB OF SECURING THE KEYS AND CAR AND OVER CHARGED FOR THEIR SERVICES AND THEN WENT FURTHER TO DENY ALL OF THIS HIGHLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU USE AN ALTERNATIVE SERVICE.
