Brian kindly advised against spending money on my 2005 Cadillac because the rust damage was too far gone. He said that he would repair the panel and suggested that I sit in the customer area and perhaps have a coffee. Ten minutes later he showed me what he did to secure the panel. He then gave me my car keys and said that there was "no charge". I was surprised and very happy. Wow! That's how you build a business. They explained my options and also heard what my needs were and allowed me to to make the decision. I ended up paying for the repair which sped the process up. I was called as soon as the part was in and was able to get the car in to finish the repair fast and efficient which was what I needed. The repair took less time than I was told.
