I took the chance anyway because Nick was so friendly, professional and accomodating over the phone. I booked my time, dropped my van off (he even offered me a ride to work), and picked it up shortly after the estimated time at NO EXTRA charge (the kids did a number on the back seat ;)). When I went to pick it up I learned that Nick detailed it himself and had gotten into every crevice of my van, and I was overly pleased getting my "brand new" van back! I could not express how amazing Nick did detailing the interior of my very kid broken into minivan (3 young kids eating on the go to be precise). I will be referring this service to all my friends and family! Five stars for friendliness, professionalism, promptness and pleasing results. Thanks again for the great service.

Really? No one has reviewed these guys yet? Alright, I guess that'll fall in my hands…read more. Good thing too, because they deserve a pretty good review. I can't give them 5 stars, because I just feel that I shouldn't have had to bring my car back to get anything re-done in the first place. When I first picked up my car when it was done, and I paraphrase here, "We looked over your car extra hard as we were told you were picky." Not exactly in those words, no. But it was a new car (not even a year old at the time), and it was nothing structural so yeah, please make damned sure it's as good as you can get it. Should be the way it's done every time, every car. As good as you can get it. Having said that, they DID make the car appear as though it had never needed to be repaired in the first place. I only had to bring it back as there was an issue with tonnes of feather scratch swirls in the repainted areas. They got most of that out to the point where I doubt anyone would notice now. The one receptionist is a bit surly but then she probably gets that way dealing with unreasonable people. I found she softened her stance with me once she realized I was not one of those people. One of the management guys gave me a ride home when I dropped it off, so that was cool. Really, I'd consider this to be a 4.5 out of 5 review. I will bring the car to them next time something happens.

I so appreciate it and I wont go anywhere else for body work. Boyd definetely stands by their work. If you have an issue, just talk to them about it-chances are they will make it right again.

My original dealings with Lacombe Ford began when I arrived in Alberta with a still warrantied…read moreFord Escape that required provincial vehicle inspection. The tires on the vehicle were cracking on the sidewall, which the dealership in Saskatchewan would not deal with, even though the vehicle was safely under warranty. Lacombe Ford did not hesitate to replace them. When I came to purchase anther vehicle, I wasn't even considering seriously dealing there, but in the end, they had a vehicle I wanted, provided competitive pricing with minimum sales tactics that came from other experiences. I ended up paying a decent price for my vehicle, getting an OK price for my trade-in (with note that, generally speaking, you never really get a fantastic trade-in offer) and financing was really quite painless. And, if it didn't get better, I won $1,000 cash in a draw for those who bought vehicles there. That was just icing on the cake. I'll note that with the purchase of a vehicle at Lacombe Ford, they have a program called "Tires4Life", meaning that you will receive new tires when your old ones wear out, barring that you strictly adhere to their recommended maintenance schedule and do all your vehicle work at Lacombe Ford. I'm torn as to whether I really like this program because the tire selection is small and if the tires you choose are out of their allowance, you pay the difference. The tires I currently have are supposed to be their top all seasons and frankly, I hate them. I really am tempted to go somewhere else to get peruse a bigger selection. So, while I consider it a decent deal, it has some definite pros and cons. As for the Fast Lane Service, they've done great. I have no complaints other than the fact that they are very busy, which makes booking a little difficult. They get the job done and provide a free shuttle service. Awesome. Thumbs up to a great dealership because often we like to complain how dealerships do it wrong. Here's a dealership that does it right! Yelp 30 day Challenge: 4/30
