Totally negative and costly dealing with this shop. …read more.. I was lied to, told they would provide a rental while they had my vehicle in their shop After their shoddy work dimples all the transmission fluid on the streets of red deer. Then they tie into the transmission without my authorization, attempted to minimize their responsibility, refused to pay for the rental they offered, stick me with the car rental bill, 22 days to get a transmission back together. It's not badmouthing or libel or slander if it's truth. Anyone can contact me for the story. I've had estimate of $3500 to undo their mess... Still wanna go there??? Call AMVIC before you agree to any sort of agreement. even if you agree to a zero dollar deal, to get your vehicle out of their shop, any agreement, cancels out your right to action through AMVIC. These guys know how to work the system, and the customer Hope this review saves someone else the grief...
