I truly believe they " type cast" you on appearance and if you didn't drive up I'm a Land Rover, you're not worth the paper work of a sale. Don't go here for hail Dammage claim inspection! I paid $120.00 to get an independent inspection for Hail Dammage to my travel trailor Summer 2015. I was having a dispute with my insurance company. I bright it to Woodys RV, I told them that the roof leaked after ice damming and hail Dammage from winter 2014-2015. I asked for a visual inspection, was told they may do an air pressure test. They had my trailor for 3 or 4 days. I drove by late at night to see sprinklers running on top of my trailor in their gated yard. Next day I spoke to the manager who said he did the inspection. He told me he had spoken to my insurance company (without my knowledge or consent) and that he had discussed all the details of my file with them. They were planning to send them dozens of pictures he'd just taken, also He had deliberately flooded my trailor for 24 hours to check for leaks. I was flabbergasted, I told him not to send anything to Allstate my insurance company! I was their customer! I was the one paying for this! Not them! Asked why he flooded a leaky trailor roof, deliberately?! And without asking me! He told me that's how they check for leaks, OMG. WTF? They ruined my trailor! Caused me several thousands of dollars in water Dammage, that was not there before! Uggggg. What idiots! I went to see the general manager in new sales the next day seeking some resolution to my complaint. He nearly made time for me, defended the repairs manager, saying he's known him for 16 years, they used to sell RV's together for many years. He rushed me out the door. He had a sales meeting he was late for. He did mention that all their RV's leak, that anything over 2 years old, leaks. I'd never recommend anyone to go to these idiots for any kind of roof inspection to their Trailor or RV. Insurance company jerked me around for over a year and never paid out. read more

This place was such a disappointment. Do NOT trust this company. Poor communication with us. They lied. We put down a deposit on a trailer, and the next day, they sold it to someone else, by accident. Our sales consultant was John Maxwell, and the sales manager was Mike Szabo, who admitted he made a mistake. Specifics: We had looked for a travel trailer for a number of weekends, came back another two times to check out our favorite here. Then we put down a deposit to hold our chosen RV on a Friday evening. The next morning, our salesman was to talk to his manager to have the deal approved. Apparently, the manager said we could have it for another $500. Our salesman did not call us until Sunday, telling us the deal was approved and to come in to complete the paperwork. In the meantime, the manager did not hold our trailer. We later learned he should have "capped" our trailer from being sold, but no, he did not. Instead, our trailer was sold to someone else on the Saturday. When we came in on Sunday, our salesman went to talk to his manager, and then came back and finally told us our trailer was sold, admitting he knew about this for an hour already. He also said the company would get us another one from the factory on Monday, so he would call us back Monday. We did not hear anything back from our salesman until I called him 3 days later, when he told me they could not get this trailer anywhere. I asked if he was ever going to call us back, and he said he was waiting for good news before calling us. I ended up talking to the sales manager, who admitted he made a mistake not capping the trailer, but that doesn't help us. Poor communication. Our salesman lied to us. The manager admitted he screwed up. Thankfully, we bought a different trailer somewhere else, so Woody's did not receive any money from us. read more
