They did a thorough run through bumper to bumper and provided photos of all concerns. The technician spent ample time going through the report and was gracious about my ramblings on. The owner is approachable and professional. I feel as though this shop takes pride in their work. I just dropped off my second vehicle, a dealership lemon, for the same inspection. Front end of the shop is welcoming and is a place to talk shop. I have no doubt that my repairs will be done with the same level of attention. Well done Gearhead!

I said that fixing this panel was my priority and that later I would get other areas fixed and painted. Brian kindly advised against spending money on my 2005 Cadillac because the rust damage was too far gone. He said that he would repair the panel and suggested that I sit in the customer area and perhaps have a coffee. Ten minutes later he showed me what he did to secure the panel. He then gave me my car keys and said that there was "no charge". I was surprised and very happy. Wow! That's how you build a business. A couple of hours later I came back and gave Brian one of those big Costco chocolate cakes. Murray Dobbs

Really? No one has reviewed these guys yet? Alright, I guess that'll fall in my hands…read more. Good thing too, because they deserve a pretty good review. I can't give them 5 stars, because I just feel that I shouldn't have had to bring my car back to get anything re-done in the first place. When I first picked up my car when it was done, and I paraphrase here, "We looked over your car extra hard as we were told you were picky." Not exactly in those words, no. But it was a new car (not even a year old at the time), and it was nothing structural so yeah, please make damned sure it's as good as you can get it. Should be the way it's done every time, every car. As good as you can get it. Having said that, they DID make the car appear as though it had never needed to be repaired in the first place. I only had to bring it back as there was an issue with tonnes of feather scratch swirls in the repainted areas. They got most of that out to the point where I doubt anyone would notice now. The one receptionist is a bit surly but then she probably gets that way dealing with unreasonable people. I found she softened her stance with me once she realized I was not one of those people. One of the management guys gave me a ride home when I dropped it off, so that was cool. Really, I'd consider this to be a 4.5 out of 5 review. I will bring the car to them next time something happens.
