I arrived today at 7:30 PM, and they close at 9. So they apparently ran out around 7:10? That's unacceptable for a business that's supposed to be prepared for normal operating hours. It doesn't matter when I come; it's always the same story: "It takes an hour to make more." Well, if you know you're running low, make more before you run out. It really feels like the staff just doesn't care and wants to get out early instead of providing good service. I love boba, but this location is consistently unprepared and unprofessional. If management doesn't fix this, they're going to lose loyal customers like me.
