I especially loved the green chile pinon. It does have some spicy kick to it..but wow...so unique and I loved it so much that the next time I'm going to have this scoop and try another wonderful flavor! Lots of parking in the lot. The space was clean ans welcoming! I just cannot wait to stop by again. The Holy Cannoli was really good since it had a rich and creamy base and was well-balanced with sweetness and tanginess. The Red Velvet was good, although it really didn't taste like typical red velvet to me. There are many flavors offered and I think they rotate them depending on the season or trying out new items. They don't allow you to sample, which isn't great. The place has a nice aesthetic and I appreciate the indoor and outdoor seating available.

From the outside, the building looks like a beautiful, old, rundown, tall factory...from the inside, you would think you are in a different dimension. You walk in, and your lungs are filled with the sweet smell of homemade ice cream. You also notice there is no music, the shop is playing only the sounds of other conversations, it comforts you. There is a pretty pink mural that looks like gooey shapes in the doorway to the toilets; speaking of toilets, they have two clean comfortable toilets right though that very doorway! But right in front of you is the ice cream counter, it looks so pretty. They have at least ten flavors today, all so colorful and not very common. Up above the person who is serving you is a comforting wooden sign with the amounts, prices, and containers. There are tiny sample spoons in front of you. A little farther down the counter is the toppings station with Heidi's jam, olive oil, sprinkles ect. A little farther from the toppings station is the checkout! If you turn your head about 90 degrees to the right, from the checkout, you will see the shelf where they sell merch and jam, and when you turn around, you will see the few tables they have inside. I wish I could describe what the upstairs jam factory looks like, and smells like, but there is an "employee only" sign where you go upstairs. Maybe one day I will find out, but for today, this is the end!
