The place is a hole in a wall along west side of Central Ave and is pretty much a hole in a wall. It has plenty of dessert offers (and most of them have pictures), so if you aren't familiar with Mexican desserts, you can still get by by picking something out of the photos without knowing much Spanish! The day I went I actually wanted Mango con Creme...but I supposed it came across as just Mango (and they just added chili and all the dusts for me). That said...everything was still fresh..and I guessed..saved me from all the additional calories! I would like to go back to this place to try other things though. It looked like everyone was enjoying Mexican desserts and some savory snacks (like elote/nachose) there. Totally unassuming place..but a good hole in a wall without any pretentions to checkout for sure!

They have an adequate dining area with television, and it is very clean. I arrived about 30 minutes before they closed, and they had closed the dining area. They have all of your Mexican ice cream favorites including agua frescas., mangonadas, yogurts, fruit bars, chocolate covered bananas, and cones with an exotic assortment of flavors to choose from. They also serve Dori-nachos and corn, banderillas and nachos. I had just eaten dinner and was looking for a quick treat, so I got a Strawberries and Cream with almonds on top. The staff was friendly enough and my treat was ready in less than 5 minutes. The treat was pretty good. The cream and strawberries were fresh. I wish I was able to eat it in the dining room, but I had to wait about 20 minutes or so until I got back to my hotel. Ohh well, it was still pretty fresh. This is a place that should surely get some consideration if you are looking for some Mexican treats.

I'd been wanting to try Pop Fizz since last year, but with COVID was unable to! They were the perfect after dinner treat on a very hot day! We ended up getting the sandia (watermelon), raspberry and lime. Each one was DELICIOUS! The fruit flavor was so real and we kept trading so that we could have a bit of each.
