But if you run into issues from the lack of context in texting the staff doing the texting may get fatigued and simply stop responding and refuse to take responsibility for their communication by giving you a first name. When you call directly to the office, the staff might refer you to a manager but the manager might be too busy to call you back and discuss your issue. When the service manager does call you back, you might be reminded of your responsibility to immediately report any quality issues with the repair, but get little recognition that repairs are sometimes done incorrectly. And in case you thought they like to use texting, be told it's really better for you to pick up the phone and call them. Not that the staff will be trained to proactively call you if texting goes sideways. If your dishwasher door won't open flat for loading after being disassembled, would you think that's a sign the repair was done incorrectly? I did. But Camden can't say if that would be the case. Anything could have happened.

I called the business on 3 different occasions to get service setup for a warranty claim on two of my GE appliances. I called Percy who is the owner and I assume the only employee for the third time mind you with no call back or text. He picks up this is late in the evening on the third call he tells me I'm already on the schedule and he doesn't know when he will be there.... no big deal I only called so I could explain to him the parts that he needed for my crappy appliances (if I sound a little bitter well I am just a little). Either way I begin to tell him what the models are of my appliances are and he tells me "Oh I have a maintenance call coming in I'll have to call you...." Well as you might imagine, I wasn't very happy with the guy because he is going to come to my house the day of and tell me oh I don't have the parts for your stuff I'll have to order it and come back out to fix them. If your delivery isn't as important to them (as expensive) then they will put you on the back burner for a delivery that makes more money for the company. All they really do is order stuff through fed ex and send out a couple of drivers, one of whom doesn't even have his license or chauffeurs, out in a way that's most convenient for the money rather than a customer who deserves it. They've also sent out trucks that are unsafely reported by drivers. All around not the place to go to. Etna supply is a great recommendation that accommodates to their customers.
