There couldn't be a more unprofessional, disrespectful and uncaring place to work for than this place. Stuff comes late, the manager will treat his people like trash which ultimately leads to employee turnover being extremely bad. If your delivery isn't as important to them (as expensive) then they will put you on the back burner for a delivery that makes more money for the company. All they really do is order stuff through fed ex and send out a couple of drivers, one of whom doesn't even have his license or chauffeurs, out in a way that's most convenient for the money rather than a customer who deserves it. They've also sent out trucks that are unsafely reported by drivers. All around not the place to go to. Etna supply is a great recommendation that accommodates to their customers. read more

This was the worst work experience I've ever had. The manager in the back warehouse treats his workers poorly, and we all have been ready to go for months. I personally had a last straw experience when me and another driver reported bad brakes and issues within a truck for months, and I eventually got into an accident on the highway because my brakes were going out like we have been reporting. My boss joked about it saying "that's like checking on your burgers after they're burnt" despite me almost dying because of it. Then they drug tested me, doubted I could pass but obviously passed. I then was already in the process of moving onto somewhere else, but ultimately got fired over a when I requested a PTO day (the day before since they prefer not calling off the morning of) I earned with a half year work experience there. Not too long before all of this a driver walked out due to the manager being quite possibly hated by the entire warehouse. Hopefully, the boss will start to put his employees well being in his priorities. read more

I'd like to give a VERY positive review of Lee Supply South Bend. All their staff has been very professional, courteous, and prompt. They were not only able find what I needed, which was somewhat unusual, but were able to find it promptly and at a competitive price to the big box stores, which were not able to get what I needed for at least three months. Lee Supply got it within one week and graciously stored it until my renovation project was completed. I recommend them highly! read more
