I have a Cambro so it packed nicely in there to keep the hot foods hot. The "meh": Honestly, the ribs were not fantastic. Good, basic, "fall off the bone" (AKA cooked to far) ribs. A rub was non existent and the sauce they put on was really bland. I was in the minority of folks that didn't care for them which leads me to give them that 4th star up there. It was only later that day I realized I had already been charged a 20% tip as part of the original cost for the event. The servers had every opportunity to let me know that a tip was already included, but they said nothing. I contacted the owner, and her response was "we stand behind our employees". Apparently they support their servers taking advantage of people..... she also told me that she couldn't justify refunding the tip I originally paid, which makes no sense. If the original tip money was going to the servers, and they had already gotten their money directly from me, all she had to do was refund the original tip money to me and let them keep what I sent to their Venmo account. Apparently she was more interested in ripping off her customers than doing the right thing.

The pricing was a little over what I was planning on paying, so initially decided to go with a different caterer. I had an awful experience communicating with the caterer I initially chose. Wouldn't return phone calls or reply to emails. Then Emily from Cuisine Unlimited sent me a follow up email to find out if I had selected a caterer yet. I told her I had. She responded asking the reason why I hadn't selected Cuisine Unlimited. I told her I was impressed with her service but the price was higher than I was expecting to pay. I told her if she could come up with an alternate menu that would bring it into my price range, I would reconsider. Emily was great and did just that. The day of the party was a snowy day.
