Satellite radio is there in this.

DO NOT BRING YOUR CARS HERE!!! THEY DO NOT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE EVEN TALKING ABOUT. BMW ESPECIALLY!!! I bought my car used and I'm missing the satellite radio module. I know what is supposed to be there, this model has it in the trunk, and it was more than likely sold or stolen before my ownership. I was calling in order to price the proper part out, and see about ordering it from them. Their lead BMW technician saying my car doesnt have a satellite radio module... WHAT IDIOT.... anyone on earth can look this up, (PLEASE DO) THE E92 2008 BMW 335i has a Satellite radio module, next to its bluetooth communication module. It's very easy to seem. I tell them the VIN, I tell then I do my own work, and that I'm just trying to get a quote on the part, and their guy doesnt even know it exists... fools... My father is a BMW/ VW technician. We are just trying to order the correct part because some have what's called 'Sirius XM' built in, and some do not. I was TRYING to have a professional find the proper part so it could be installed, so we do not buy a bad used one. These guys are clearly not professional, nor do they know ANYTHING ABOUT BASIC ELECTRICAL COMPONENTS. I WOULD NEVER EVER TRUST ANYONE WHO COULD NOT ANSWER SUCH A SIMPLE QUESTION. They just want me to bring my car in, so they can get the most amount of money possible. No thanks, you cant fuck with this guy here. Atleast I half ass know what I'm doing. For all I know there one of chico's biggest chop shops trying to get their hands on something that's not a total POS.... UPDATE: Gary the service general manager, doesnt know shit. THEIR PARTS GUY NAMED GARY AS WELL. Dont trust here. Below will be two pictures. What the trunk looks like without a satellite module, and one with. This is the exact make and model, identical car below.... try to cover this up? Telling me I should just bring it in SHAME ON YOU.

Check that little bible quote in there. Ugh.

The sales team is fine, but when you get to the after sales part you wish you would have bought your car elsewhere.

Me and my husband have been customers of Chuck Patterson's for over 30 years, we are on Toyota number 5! We have never been disappointed in the product nor the service. They have a great service department as well that keeps our cars in the best of shape. I am all about keeping things local, so buying from the local Toyota dealership is a must!

My truck was towed in because it went into limp mode while driving my niece to School. I needed a second opinion due to throttle body assembly not functioning properly after my mechanic tried replacing. Before my truck arrived, I was quoted $89 over the phone for diagnostic. Once my truck arrived at Chuck Patterson Toyota I was told the price had increased to $205 which, was not clearly explained or justified. Unfortunately, the diagnostic performed was incomplete and did not provide any new information beyond what was known. I expected for them to at least check the connector and ground wiring, etc.. The report I received failed to pinpoint the root cause of the issue or offer any meaningful direction for repair. Instead, I got an overpriced guesstimate, incomplete report. I quote "Start with calibration" for $1389 I would absolutely not recommend.

Fraud - Misrepresentations - Beware this shady dealership and dishonest management. My experience…read morewith BMW of Chico / Pajouh Automotive Center has been so bad that I feel obligated to warn other buyers. I bought a 2025 BMW M440i remotely from this dealership. Before paying for a car I'd never seen in person, I repeatedly asked about the condition. I was told by their staff that: * The car had no dents or scratches and the wheels were "in good condition, not scuffed." * The only issue was a minor scuff on the rear bumper. * The car was "very close to flawless." * It was a BMW Certified Pre-Owned vehicle, which implies it passed BMW's own inspection standards. Based on those assurances, plus a walk-around video and a couple of carefully framed photos, I moved forward with the purchase. When the car was picked up by the transport company on their lot, the inspection photos told a very different story. The car had: * Deep gouges and scrapes under the front bumper * Multiple paint chips on the doors and hood * Significant curb rash on the wheels * Other cosmetic damage that was never disclosed to me All of this damage was photographed before the car ever left their dealership. I contacted the dealership immediately with the inspection photos. After several attempts, the sales manager, David Lord, finally agreed in writing that they wanted to resolve this amicably and asked me to get an estimate from a BMW-certified body shop. I did exactly that and sent the estimate to him and other managers. Since then? Silence. No calls, no emails, no follow-up. Now that they have my money and the car is off their lot, they have simply ignored me. In my opinion, this is not how an honest, reputable BMW dealership should operate. Representing a car as "near flawless" and "Certified Pre-Owned," while undisclosed damage is clearly visible in pre-shipping photos, and then going dark after asking the customer to get an estimate, is unacceptable. If you're considering buying from BMW of Chico / Pajouh Automotive Center--especially remotely--be extremely careful. Insist on a truly independent inspection, and be prepared for very different treatment after they have your payment. I'm now pursuing formal civil and criminal complaints with the appropriate agencies because I don't want anyone else to go through this.

I would avoid bringing your car here. I have been into the Chico BMW five times between June and…read moreNovember for a check engine light. Every time I've gone in, I've been told the light was turned on by a different cause. The first time I was told it was caused by a part in my EVAP system and the light had turned off, but it could turn back on, which it did a week later. The second time I was in, they replaced the part in the EVAP system. A week later, the light was back on and I came in for the third time and was told a different part in my EVAP system needed to be replaced. The fourth time my light came on, I was told my fuel tank needed to be replaced. Not even a month after having the fuel tank replaced, my light comes on again. During my fifth time in, I was told I needed a new battery (which I agreed with) and a software update so they could properly diagnose the problem. I was also told that the fuel was running lean (heightened levels of O2) and supposedly that had nothing to do with parts in my EVAP system and fuel tank being previously replaced... I have a hard time believing that all of these issues occurred within such a short span of one another and it had nothing to do with the work they did on my car. My car is a 2017 330 with ~85,000 miles. The service manager never bothered to reach out to me until I requested he do so on my fifth time in. $1,700 later, and I'm left feeling nervous and unconfident in the work that was done on my car. In the future, I will opt to go to the Sacramento BMW dealership. They have much better reviews anyways.
