Scheduled a same day massage appointment for my mothers birthday. All of the staff are extremely professional and friendly! Upon arrival we were offered cappuccinos :) The staff provided us both with individual consultations and recommended services that would be beneficial to our skin needs. I appreciated that they weren't pushy. We opted for the hand and hot stone massage and glow facial. I have struggled with acne for a while and heard monthly facials could possibly help. This was confirmed during the consultation. I have noticed an improvement in my skin since my facial. Due to the noticeable change I plan on incorporating facials into my skincare routine. Our massages were great !! They were tailored to our needs and extremely relaxing. The ladies took their time and did not rush through the appointment. Amazing, amazing, amazing!! I literally just got done with my first lymphatic message here and was just compelled to write a review so that others can experience it for themselves. From the moment I came in I was treated like the guest of honor. Luis, who is just a love, greeted me and offered tea, coffee, champagne, and wonderful conversation. I was then whisked away by Veronica shortly after. Let me tell you, the lady is excellent at what she does. She explained everything she did and also gave me pointers to aid in my recovery. She made me feel comfortable and crazy relaxed. The spa itself is very nice and super clean but it was the level of customer service that really shines. Amazing experience all around ALWAYS, from the way they receive you with drinks such as tea, cappuccinos to even mimosas of all types of flavors while you wait for your procedure, to the way you feel once you get anything done. This time around I went to get the micro-blading procedure with Mayoli, and all i can say is WOW; my eyebrows look amazing and it was not painful whatsoever (thought it was going to hurt because it's like a tattoo).. Highly recommended if you are tired just like I was of doing my eyebrow everyday. I have also gotten my eyelashes done with both Mayoli and Johanny and they have both done an amazing job ( it has lasted more than a month even after going on vacation).. I love this place. Superb service and excellent staff! Every time I go to Glow spa I leave even more pleased than I did the last time. They really do a great job when it comes to knowing the ins and outs of beauty treatments. They are always honest and very helpful with their recommendations. I have done regular facials, plasma injections, and waxing. I can be difficult to please at times but I was highly impressed with the results of all three treatments. I love this place and won't see myself going anywhere else! I have sent them 5 close friends of mine for sugar waxing and not one of them had a complaint about the spa. HANDS DOWN BEST SPA IN INWOOD!!!! I've never been so comfortable getting waxed until I came to this spa. They made every second of my stay veryyyyy comforting. One thing I loved is that they aren't money hungry like other places I've gone. They ask you questions and make recommendations, if you don't want what they recommended they won't push you to get it done. They have alot of patience which was really appreciated because my waxing session hurt alot. The lady that did my wax did an amazing job, she gave me breaks and spoke to me through the whole thing. Their location is immaculate and their staff is very courteous. The owners are very nice and have a keen eye for details. The moment you come in they greet you and offer you a beverage. I got an acne facial done by Sara. First time going here & let me just say it was AMAZING. The professionalism & the service was 10/10. All of the staff were very sweet as well. I went in to make an appointment, and Luis, the owner, scheduled the massage based on my problem areas (shoulder, neck, back). I am so happy I stumble upon this salon in my neighborhood! I had waxing done. I was nervous because it was a long time since I had been waxed. The woman that attended me was very nice, she walk me through it, and constantly checked with me to make sure I was not in any pain.
