I went in without an appointment and they were fully booked so I made one and came back. The massage was amazing and my only regret is that I didn't make it longer to allow the masseuse to get all the knots out of my back. (Upper body massage) The women massaging me was around 25 lbs lighter than me (I'm about 130), but she was incredibly strong and applied much needed pressure to my back. This was my first massage and I will be going back One thing that was a little jarring is after i had taken off my top and was on the table, the women had me lift my hips and slide my pants to below my butt. I don't think it was that weird considering my pants are mid-rise, so they cover my lower back. So yeah, it was a little surprising but not inappropriate. read more

I don't believe any of their masseuses have any training or licenses. I went here three times and each time the massage felt like something I would do if asked to give a message. One time the masseuse was switched on me mid-session with no explanation or warning and that was pretty odd. They also put a dangerous amount of pressure on the root of the scalp area while pulling it upwards which doesn't seem safe at all. After the third time I decided to switch to a licensed massage place and the difference is insane. read more

Good enough. Not really a store front, this is a fairly large double space w the foot massage on the left and a full nail salon on the right. They share the entry & front desk , but have 2 different business cards on the desk and I suspect they pull the nail techs to do services when busy. For example, my friend and I went in for our foot reflexology appointments. It was a short wait despite having booked on line. 3 minutes later the desk person said we could go to the right, which we agreed to, and the nail tech women did the foot massage in the pedicure seats under bright lights but nice, tranquil music. It was ok, but no where near the relaxing experience of resting back in the dark and having one of the men do their magic with feet. I would not return only because I would prefer the place on 72nd that does a great, professional job. read more

I walked in asking for a foot massage , they said no availability. That's fine so I left and went in their website and saw a lot of available slots- I went back (2 min from when I just left), and was going to show her the appointments. Happened to be someone just had a walk in right in front of me and she wanted a full body massage and she magically had an opening. I brought this up when it was my turn, along with the fact that the website showed so many openings and she said sorry the website is messed up and that this person in front of me took the last availability... even though I just came and asked 2 min ago. No service recovery no sorry . Glad I didn't end up giving my business here read more

I had low expectations, having never gone to a storefront passage place before. But my back was just killing me. I had no idea I was about to have among the best massages of my life. Zoe absolutely pounded my back and neck and by the time I left, my pain was fully gone. I couldn't recommend her more highly. Lovely woman, too. read more

Very kind and efficient staff. I go for massages. I'm always greeted kindly, asked if I would like some water, and told to take my time getting ready. The facility is spotless. During my massage I am asked if the pressure is too much or too little when different areas are being worked on. I tip reasonably (20-25%) for exemplary service. I pay cash. I'm always profusely thanked. Then I'm given some more water to hydrate, asked if I want to sit back down in the reception area and given some time to ease back into the "real" world. read more

I brought my boyfriend for a couple massage as part of his birthday gift through groupon for a 90 min couple massage which included essential oil and hot stones. He loved it. The masseuses were great. The only downfall is they don't offer you any refreshments or robes. They have a water fountain in the waiting area. Overall, I felt a bit rushed. They immediately escorted us to the massage room and advised us to lay down by facing down on the massage table with underwear and bra on (for men- only underwear) with masks on. My masseuse went at it nonstop. She was really strong. When they were immediately done, they turned on the lights and said "Finish!" Then they waited for us to get dressed and we were escorted out. It is a small narrow hallway looking place. I wouldn't say it's a place to relax, but more so to receive a massage and head out. read more

Spa Massage Broadway - Couple massage room (after the massagd session) - Massage Near Me - New York, New York

I highly recommend this place. Everything deserves a star; the massage, hygiene, price and the front desk. I opted for 90 mins massage using CBD oil and can safely say it was 90 mins of pure bliss. I had informed the masseuse about my strained neck and she spent a lot of time helping me relieve the pain. The entire place is super clean and well maintained including the restrooms. Prices are unbelievable, they charged me $90. I don't think you will get a better experience at this price anywhere else in this city. All in all I had a great time. The long trek to UWS was totally worth it. read more

This was my first time visiting this place. I decided to go there because of the cupping. I chose the one hour full body massage along with the hot stone and cupping. The therapist was great! She found all the areas that they were feeling weak and she focused right away. My upper and lower back feel better after this.the place was clean and the room organized. I will again. read more

I went for a massage this evening and I am not a fan. I felt incredibly rushed and it wasn't relaxing at all. I tried my best to relax but the person doing my massage moved so quickly and did generic massage and it didn't feel customized for my body as if he knew OR he did know and he didn't care. My massage was painful but not in a deep tissue painful way. More of a careless way. Definitely not how I would like my massage to be. You can feel the energy. Painful in the skin basically chaffing, not deep tissue painful. When I had asked for more pressure, that didn't happen. I also felt uncomfortable when I was leaving and paying because the person that did my massage and another woman laughed and said something in another language. If it feels weird - probably is weird. I had asked for a woman when I got there and a woman was not available but when I came out, I saw two women doing massages in the chair. I had asked for someone strong and good - but that doesn't only mean a man. Perhaps I should have specified on the phone when I called. Same owner for the massage place and the nail salon next door. It was very clean - I can give them that. read more

I booked a couples massage for my partner and I that we were very much looking forward to. We stopped the service early because he felt uncomfortable and was touched inappropriately at some points during his massage. We still tipped 20% after the service, but the front desk attendant insinuated that our tip was not enough. We are extremely disappointed and will not be returning. read more

This was the WORST MASSAGE I EVER HAD!! I don't know if i was given an amateur or just an inexperienced unlicensed masseuse,. She started and ended with her KNUCKLES and ELBOW, never using her hands, NO oil for the first 15 minutes,. She used her knuckles on my UNDER ARMS, which are swollen right now. I did not get a FULL BODY MASSAGE, because she did the back of my legs and not the front, I asked for my neck and shoulders to be done, I guess she didn't understand bexause she never did it so I came out with MORE muscle tenseness that what I went in with. I did NOT get my 30min foot massage, I got the last ten minutes of my session on my feet with her KNUCKLES!!! VERY DISAPPOINTED, but being who i am, I still TIPPED, and STILL GOT THE LOOK, like what is this, SMH!!! I have to now visit my doctor because I can hardly lift my arm without any pain, NEVER AGAIN!! read more

We booked a last minute couples' massage -- and it was amazing for both of us + insanely well priced. (If you pay in cash, a 60 minute massage is only $50.) The walls are thin as noted in other reviews, but I don't think there were loud, obnoxious people there other than us at the time, so we weren't at all bothered. We were on our stomachs the entire time with a sheet covering body parts not being worked on at the moment. Sandy, my masseuse, was thorough and applied just the right amount of pressure for me without asking me about my preferences. (Some experienced / intuitive masseuses really are able to figure this out non-verbally.) She and her colleague were both very focused despite, I think, having just worked on another couple beforehand. The digs aren't posh, but are spotlessly clean, nicely lit, kept at a good temperature, and quite pleasant enough. The Pardner and I both walked out feeling lighter and looser. They gave us a repeat visitor punchcard that we actually plan to use. read more

Terrible service. Both the massage and management were not good. I had to tell the masseuse to use lotion/oil. Initially the massage was rough because of that. I also had to ask for the services I paid for in the middle of the massage like hot stones. The manager told me I should have asked for the services in the beginning even though they were listed in my booking. I did not have a good massage experience and got up 15 min before it was over and they would not give me a refund or certificate. I was disappointed Because I was really looking forward to this because of the good reviews. Overall this was a 1/10 experience. read more

Got a deal to come here for 1 hr massage and manicure. The space was clean and staff was polite. You get your own room for a massage instead of curtains. I'm giving 3 because I felt the massage was so so. The pressure was extremely lite. I'm usually a medium pressure kind of person. I have a lot of tension and I think she should have observed and changed the pressure to accommodate that. She spend more time rubbing up and down then getting into the knots. The room was cold and the towel to cover you is not wide or long enough so your feet aren't left sticking out and cold. Also she didn't massage my feet. The Groupon said aromatherapy and I didn't smell anything :/ The manicure was much better she did a pretty good job. I think the price was great for getting both but for the massage I will not come back. read more

First let just say Jim gives the best foot massages. I have gone this spa 6 times once for a body massage and the other times for a foot massage. I have referred 2 customers to them. On 9/13/24 I purchased a foot package 6 for 200 bucks. I paid in cash, upon leaving I don't remember getting a receipt. Fast forward I came back on 9/21 for another foot massage. The guy at the front desk states I never paid for a package deal. Mind you he was rude, dismissive, condescending, and smug. I insisted that I did, so he looked at the video showing that I did pay. I asked him for an apology he just chuckled try to make light of it and gave me a gift certificate showing I had 5 sessions left. My friend was with me and she even told him my name and stated that an apology was owed to me. He refused to apologize. I even told him he should even in good faith give me a free massage for belittling me in front of customers and staff. His resolve was to give me back my 200 bucks. The same money he claims I never gave him to begin with. So I see that Spa Massage Broadway would rather send away a faithful customer than to apologize for being wrong. Management you need to do something with him, this is not the only bad review about him. He's going to cause you to lose good customers. read more

Terrible massage. Could hardly feel the woman's hands. Basically felt like I spent an hour just getting lotion rubbed on me. Wasn't really a massage at all. I had to tell her when the hour was up or else she would have kept going. Which could be nice in some instances but not when you have to go to work. Normally you don't have to keep track of your own time. read more

So this is my second time here for a mani/pedi and i actually really like the way this tech did my manicure but both pedicures were not up to par I felt like they were so quick and the leg massage was a wipe down with water from the foot soak and a scrub. Both times I was the last person to sit in the pedi chair and the first to get up and the tech was the same. The first time i paid extra for callous remover and felt as though it was a regular pedi so this time i just got a regular pedi and still unhappy. My manicure the first time was great stay tuned to see how this one today goes. read more

I bought a Groupon for $54 and $5 tax. So $59 for 60 min. I show up early and the man wanted more money in cash for "tax". I said no I paid tax he demanded cash so I left. While I was waiting I heard him on the phone telling someone not to go through Groupon because they are more expensive and he could do service for $50 cash and Groupon charges tax. DO NOT GO.THEY ARE CHEATS AND I WILL REPORT THEIR CASH TAX TO BBB. Nice response Jian, but Groupon agrees with me and is escalating this. Good luck with your cash business. Does the IRS know about how you tell people they get it cheaper with no tax if they pay cash??? I wonder. read more

I had Jenny. What a JOKE. Crime she's charging money. I told her to her face "I am not feeling anything" "what are you doing" was talking to a brick wall. Guy at front asked if massage was good. I shook my head and said no. No apology no accommodation nothing. Took my money. NEVER AGAIN. read more

I enjoyed my massage. I have frequent Spa Broadway over some time and I enjoy their services. I recommend.

If your looking for an oily back rub and don't want any knots worked out then this is the place for you. If you trying to get an actual massage with hopes of releasing tension and tightness then look else where cause I just had the lamest massage of my life here. Sorry maybe it was soft cause it was the end of the work day for them but still I get these to help my back tension and now I have to go somewhere else and do it again. read more

WOW I bought my boyfriend a couples massage for his bday (also a gift for me :)) and I was genuinely blown away by our experience. Living social has a deal for couples massage, but truly we will be going back and paying full price. Tina and Mary gave us life changing massages that not only felt amazing, but made me feel completely better the next day! Knots I didn't even know I had were worked out of my back completely. The spa itself is beautiful and clean, gorgeous music plays while you completely unwind. You will leave this massage ten times more relaxed than when you arrived. I can't say enough about our experience, this place is an absolute gem. Tina and Mary were AMAZING!! read more

I would choose 10 stars if i could!! The service was and always is amazing. Tony and Amy gave my husband and i the best massages of our lives. We were even telling the Uber driving that he has to go to Spa Broadway. read more

Very quiet, peaceful and professional. My massage was GREAT! I used a Groupon and they didn't try to upsale me. AWESOME!!

Very clean, the massage therapist did a great job paying attention to my feedback on pressure. The manager was very accommodating and was able to help schedule a mani pedi to follow my 90 minute massage with ease. I will definately return. read more

Wish I could give 0 stars. The massage room was not as expected and upon arrival there was no greeting from the staff. Although my husband and I felt that we should leave at that point we decided to try the experience as we made an appointment. The massage tech was not ready until 20 mins after our scheduled time and no one mentioned anything about waiting or apologizing for the wait as we had to stand up as theres no chairs to sit down. After the massage that we paid ahead of time for by credit card we paid the tech $15 tip in cash. She pushed for $30 each which is an additional $60 total for doing nothing special at all. It was the worst experience and we will never return. We dont appreciate employees begging for tips. for subpar service. I don't want to say that race plays a part in their service but we noticed that the Asian customers were greeted and were received with a smile meanwhile our interaction felt more cold and transactional. I think they dont want certain customers coming there and thats a shame. read more

Emily was amazing. I got the 60 min CBD massage with mani pedi through Groupon. You get the mani pedi in their attached mail salon first before getting your massage. Service was great right when I walked in. The massage was perfect. Emily had the perfect amount of pressure. I was really looking forward to having this massage done because my coworker was raving about how great it was so I was thoroughly disappointed by my experience. I am a pretty picky person when it comes to my massages. The women spent the first 20 minutes doing the massage with the sheet over my skin, instead of lotion, so it was painful at points. My massage was scheduled for an hour. If you combine the time it took my masseuse to get to the room, to get hot towels to wipe my lotion off, and her cutting my session done at 12:59 when I was scheduled at 12, I did not even receive a full hour. Following this, when I went to pay for the massage it was an awkward experience. I am a big believer of tipping. I tip based on the service given. I gave the women that treated me a $10 bill for a $45 60 minute massage. After I did this, the other women that was ringing me up for the total pointed to a sign. Again, I am on the spot so I did not feel very comfortable at this moment but the sign said that for 60 minute massages, a tip of $20 is expected. I told the women I would trade her a 20 for a 10 because honestly I was not in the mood for this crap. But I will NEVER be going there again. I have never seen something so ridiculous. I was very annoyed. The friend/coworker that recommended this place was disgusted and said she will never be recommending it again and she used to praise it all the time. read more

It was the worse massage I ever experienced. I bought a 90 minute full body massage, and after ten minutes I wanted to run out of there. She focused on my back, rubbing it with a blanket between her hands and my back. When I am stressed the tension builds on my left shoulder and it was touched slightly. She left the room about four times. She rubbed my feet for a combination of 10 minutes if that, and my only thought was God, please hurry the time up. One of the best parts were when she used the hot stones, but it was short lived because she passed them over my back using 5 strokes, and went back to rubbing my back having the blanket between us. My sister said she would have got up and left demanding her money back. I booked another massage at another place recommended by my sister. read more

I got a Groupon here but the regular price away from Groupon are fair and affordable. I booked with Emily per reading a review on her. The whole massage was only on the back area (no feet). All in all, I was happy with my experience and I would return. read more

My husband found this gem of a place on Groupon for a couples 90 minute spa massage as part of celebrating our wedding anniversary.
