Dr. Dee is amazing. Beyond her expertise, professionalism and never trying to oversell, she also goes above and beyond. I had a billing issue where I was charged multiple times for my membership dues. I called early on a Sunday. She called back herself, sincerely apologetic to let me know it was being addressed and followed up with me herself three days later to let me know the issue was being resolved, I'd receive a refund and thanked me for bringing it to her attention. Dr Dee gave me 5 units of Botox around both temples and 10 units in between my brows to help treat my chronic daily headaches/sometimes migraines. I just received the treatment yesterday & I experienced zero side effects. I am hoping the Botox will help with the headaches, I should be able to notice one way or another in approx 2weeks. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. Mary, the nurse overcharged me for a peel I feel I DO NOT BELIEVE I received. I paid for a VI Peel precision, which is $50 more than the regular vi peel, and she gave me an EXPIRED aftercare kit for regular VI peel. I didn't notice it until I was stopped in a parking lot and saw number 1: that the kit and its aftercare products all expired in 2017 & that it was a regular vi peel kit. Concerned that I was given the wrong (expired) peel, I called the west seattle location since there's no way I could get a hold of her on phone. They were giving me excuses saying "oh she DID use the right peel, but she just (conveniently) ACCIDENTALLY gave you the wrong (expired) aftercare kit. She even sent the receptionist a picture (who knows where she got that picture from) of the kit that she apparently used on me (mhmm). Dont believe that for a second but there's no way of proving this lady was lying, so I'm just going to swallow my pride, eat the $50 she overcharged me for an EXPIRED peel kit and NEVER EVER give her or glowmedispa another cent of my business again. DO NOT trust this lady. If you do want to receive legit, non-expired peels or other products, go to their main location in west seattle. I've gotten my other peels there and have never had an issue with receiving the wrong treatment. I. I went to Dr. Dee for a consultation on skin tightening options. She spent quite a bit of time explaining the differences in equipment and what the procedures entail. I appreciated how thorough she was. I did need a refresh on Botox and was scheduled elsewhere, but decided to give Dr. Dee a try. I'm happy I did. She recommended Dysport as it offers the same results as Botox for a bit less. I'm about 7 days in and am very happy with the results. I will definitely be returning to Dr. Dee for all of my cosmetic needs. She has fabulous skin. I just finished my 4 sessions of the Emsculpt abdomen and love it! I was at first skeptical of the treatment but so far I feel more muscle in my lower abdomen and my little pouch has decreased! I went into this emsculpt treatment not quite sure if I would see results, but I definitely noticed significant difference in my gluteus after the 4 sessions. No matter how many squats and lunges I did at home, nothing seemed to help increase the size/shape of my butt. Ive primarily noticed more roundness and a bit of a lift. In terms of the treatments themselves, the sensation is hard to describe but it was not painful whatsoever. A 1 on the 1-10 scale. I had them immediately increase the intensity to 100%. You actually end up craving the sensation. I would highly recommend emsculpt and glow medispa has been amazing throughout the entire process. I've seen Dr. Dee for over a year for a few different procedures. I highly recommend their office. I've had friends visit offices without a doctor on staff (maybe owned by a doctor but no doctor present) and they've had bad results, some even with significant damage and burns. She also knew I was in a hurry and called me on a Sunday to discuss what I wanted. Going back soon. Awesome location in SW Seattle with little shops, coffee bars, restaurants. Dr. Dee and her entire staff are absolutely wonderful. I'm speaking merely on the infini treatment. Treatment was not very painful. However, it severely damaged my skin. It took me nearly a month to recover from the treatment. It left deep circular and linear scars all over the sides of my cheeks and dozens of deep track marks. I'm three months post the first treatment and none of these marks have improved. My skin is 10x worse than it was prior to treatment and it has been very emotionally distressing. I went back to Glow Medispa and paid for a second lighter treatment to hopefully correct some of the damage. I chose this treatment because it's advertised as very safe. Dr. Dee stated that she doesn't often see this reaction, so perhaps this treatment is perfect for you. I just wish I had read this review prior to treatment. I'm currently spending thousands of dollars to try and reverse the damage caused my the infini. read more

Being someone overly concerned with my own outward appearance (unfortunately), I have visited more places for skin rejuvenation than I like to admit. I have never written a review before, but I have been SO impressed with Dr Katherine Dee, that I felt compelled to do so. She is one of the very, very few treatment providers who doesn't sell you a bunch of BS. Every service she provides is something she has tried herself. She will not use you as a guinea pig, she does not rely on the claims made by product marketing representatives (who are extremely skilled at making false claims which SO many doctors (including dermatologists, naturopaths, etc.) blindly believe), and she does not over-promise (as much as you might like her to in hopes of a "reverse the aging process" miracle). There are VERY few people in the "beauty" industry (beauty is so much more than outward appearance) that I trust and Dr Dee is one of them. read more

I received dysport. It traveled down to my eyelids. My eye lids are swollen. Not a good look. My research shows that if it's injected too close to the eyebrows it will travel and create swollen eyelids. I wish they would have told me that. I would have chosen botox instead. read more
